I used to enjoy picking up from this location, but today one of the associates was a young blonde lady that yelled at me because I asked a question about the student meal deal for clarification and she got irritated with me just for asking (very unprofessional). Made me feel really uncomfortable..

As a native of Philadelphia metro, their Philly cheese steak is as good as any I had growing up in South Jersey. While its a franchise, the Orlando one is better than others which are still very good. Very generous with ingredients. Roll tasted as good as Amoroso of Philadelphia. A nice touch of the old town anywhere in America.

Typically love Jersey mike's, I've been to stores in probably four or five states. Ordered the turkey tub online for pickup in the store no problem with the service. My problem is the portion size is ridiculous I don't think there's 2 oz of lettuce in this thing and it's supposed to be a salad. The equivalent price for this is $8.45 and I used points and I feel like I really got ripped off to be honest with you. I wouldn't mind getting my points back I wish I'd gotten a sandwich now at least I'd have some bread to eat.I've gotten this exact meal at other Jersey Mike's and it's filled to the brim with the shredded lettuce. This portion is really just ridiculous for the price.Parking: Large parking lot inside of a public shopping center

Let me start with I have Celiac Disease and have to eat a gluten free diet. I have been coming to this location for YEARS, to the point where I am usually greeted on a first name basis, and it has been safe and exceptional customer service and care when it came to making sure my gluten free order was actually gluten free.Now, there have been new employees hired recently and the last two times I have come they have NOT taken care with regards to gluten free, wiping down counters, changing gloves. I also have received attitude when it came to ordering gluten free from the employee making my sandwich. Today, the customer in front of me ordered a sandwich with no cheese. The person making the sandwich proceeded to put cheese on it on her bottom bread piece. She brought it to his attention and he removed it and put it in the cooler. Next he was making my sandwich (#7 gluten free for allergy), and used the cheese that he has mistakingly put on her sandwich. When i brough it to his attention, he said "No, it didn't touch her bread its fine, and kept making my sandwich." I now cannot eat my lunch without risk of being made ill due to an employees neglect. I can no longer come to this location with confidence that my food will be made correctly. I will miss this. - Patti
Growing up in New Jersey, I can honestly say that Jersey Mike's is not exactly the best shop in a state filled with wonderful sub shops. However, to paraphrase Dorothy in the iconic movie "The Wizard of Oz," I ain't in Jersey (I understand that this is a very broad paraphrasing of Dorothy's iconic "I have a feeling we aren't in Kansas anymore" line, but it is what it is). Anyway, Jersey Mike's is a great option for a sub here in the Orlando, Florida area. I also believe that Jersey Mike's is the best national sub chain around. My go-to selections at Jersey Mike's are the Original Italian for a cold sub and the Big Kahuna for a hot sub. Both are great options and both I recommend depending on whether you are in the mood for a hot or cold sub. The staff here is friendly and my sub was made in the usual professional manner that Jersey Mike's sets for all of their locations and obviously has a decent training program for their franchisees. I would definitely recommend this particular Jersey Mike's.

To be honest I was a bit taken back by the prices but, decided to try the portobello sandwich and it was AMAZING and worth every penny! If you remotely like sandwiches please do yourself a favor visit and enjoy.
