Food was fine, service was fine, but I would recommend that you bring hand wipes with to wipe the table and booth seats as apparently they allow non service type dogs to sit in the booth and no one said anything about it.

We had Shelly as our server, which we had to find out from the reciept cause she never told us her name. She had no manners whatsoever, never wrote down our order so half our food was burnt and half was undercooked. Our plates were still very full of uneaten food and she never even asked how everything was she just handed us the check and walked away. Never had this bad of an experience here before.

Took about an hour to get the food, no apology from the rude waitress and the omelet was covered in grease and oil. Terrible customer service and sour stomach food
We went there this morning/early afternoon for lunch. Our server Kelly was great. I manage a restaurant and I wish my staff was as attentive but not overbearing like she was. I actually don't like going out to eat because I work in a restaurant, but had a very pleasant experience today. So thank you and Kelly for that.

I love Keke's. Prob my fave breakfast spot in Orlando. Sometimes I like just going alone to treat myself to an omelet. However, this was my first visit to this location and I don't know if I ever want to come back. I had a party of 3, but the third person was running late. No biggy, we sit down and get waters..... Our server didn't greet us or anything. Literally ignored us for over 20minutes. I was very irritated with it because we shouldn't be avoided just because the third person wasn't there. I should have just left at that point, but the person we were meeting was nearby and it was an easy spot to meet at. I ended up asking the hostess wth was up. Still took her a few minutes, but even then she only walked up and asked if we were ready to order.... No introduction, no apology. For how slow it was in the day, our food didn't come out when it was done either. You could tell that it sat for a bit. Our server was being so damn lazy that the manager was the one who brought out the food. Nicole, you didn't deserve even the measly tip that I left you. This was the worst service I ever got at a Keke's.
