If I'm to get my own silverware and refills, why am I asked to tip at checkout? I would rather go to Pei Wei!

Horrible service, we got there an hour prior to closing and asked to eat in but they bring it to go and didn’t even ask if we wanted souces, they just wanted to go.

If there were negative stars I would give them to them. This place closes at 11:00 at night according to their schedule, my wife and I arrived at 10 and ordered to eat at the restaurant which they did not bring to go, they did not ask us if we wanted sauces or anything they just left it and They left, terrible service, they basically threw us out, crazy to leave.
