Ordered an mcchicken with cheese and a cheeseburger with no pickles or mustard and 2 medium fries seconds after taking a bite of the cheese burger it tasted rotten and made me sick currently on the way to theER now my husband also tried a bite of it and it had him sick too when he called to speak to the manager she called him a joke and laughed we have the food and the receipt will be taking this to headquarters and sadly this is the closest too my house will be driving the extra time to avoid this location

Horrible customer service. The crew is not properly trained. I asked for two meals and they charged me everything individually. When I bough it to the cashiers attention he called a manager for a refund. It took her 15 to fix by refunding me 4 large drinks and a sauce packet??? I then go forward to the second window the girl asks what is my order. I tell her my drink was no ice. She turns to the manager and says why didn’t I say that at the window. I can clearly hear her and told her I did say it at the speaker and the window. My fries were under cooked which means they pulled them up early. This location needs a change in management ASAP.

This is the WORST McDonalds ever, they have no clue of what drive thru means, you always have to pull forward, they never provide an estimate time or why you have to wait and currently they have 7 cars waiting for food and 4 cars in the line. I’ve been wait 19 minutes for food and I still haven’t seen my food, two cars before me have just left this is completely ridiculous. AVOID this location

I hope the company retrains the employees here and that they get it together because I have been here multiple times and each time there is an issue with something and they always lack in the service department. I was there last Saturday and had to wait for more than 20 mins then they made a mistake and tried to make me go inside to pay which I declined and it seemed that they cared about the drive thru times more than customer satisfaction.
Just had a horrible experience in the drive through with two ladies that were very rude in a dark navy blue shirt. What could have been resolved easily and quickly turned into one having snarky comments and the other taking the card right out of my hand. Paid for wrong order as one of the ladies was not paying attention when I said what my order was and came to the second window yelling that I told her the wrong order while the second lady said “they never listen to us anyway”. Extremely rude. Do NOT go here, people like that would be immediately terminated from the organization I work for if they said that to customers of mine.

Just ordered through the drive thru to get home and open my sandwich and find cockroaches on the burger!! Completely DISGUSTING!! Avoid this McDonald’s as much as you can!
