i understand how stressfull food service can be especially at night, but there is no reason to be rude. me and my husband came and we have forgotten our sauces. so we went to the 3rd window just for them to rudely tell us to go to drive thru line and wait again just for sauce.

This is the worst McDonald's the drive thru always has a long line and it take 40 plus mins to get through it I came here an hour before work and now I'm going to be late and havent even gotten my food yet this is absolutely ridiculous

The worst place ever! They're never on time. They have people just sitting in line for 30mins or more and not even acknowledge them. I work less than 5 mins away and get to McDonald's, 30 to 40 mins before I have to be to work. They are never on time at all. It's really, really unprofessional.

They have the worst service, they don't take into account the state of the food. I asked for a mobile order to be brought to my car and the person who brought it got angry, checked my burger and it is disgusting ? I went to change it and they just heated it up and gave me the same meat again that lacks attention they must do an inspection so that Realize that this place does not meet quality standards. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Original text: 21 March 2024:Food:The presentation of the food was initially of very low quality, a score of 1/5 with ingredients off the patty by upwards of 5cm from centre. The location accommodated a redo which had a presentation score of 4/5. The food tasted well, and all items were properly cooked/ grilled/ fried with adequate freshness.4/5 stars for food.Service:I ordered dine-in, and was prompted by the self-service screen to grab a table marker and be seated for the food to be brought to me. When the order was complete, my number was called, and I was prompted to pick up my dine-in order at the front, which was bagged as a take-out order. The staff were -again- accommodating of my request for a redo after the initial burger had poor presentation, which provides an extra star on the low rating.2/5 stars for service.Atmosphere:Many of the tables were covered in food debris, and this was during low business hours. Finding a clean table was still trivial, and the floors were clean. The ambient music was at a satisfactory level, and the lights were all functional.4/5 stars for atmosphere.Overall, the initial poor impression has led to a low score for this location. I hope to see an improvement during future visits. The overall score as of now is 4/5 stars.Parking: Approx 20 spaces around the restaurant, with disabled parking available.

Actual fast food McDonald's rare but I have to admit it was actual a joy to come here the staff is courteous and fast not the typical McDonald's we all come to know ...would i come back (sure) i always do.(They make the perfect Mc Cafe coffees).Parking: Spots can be limited at the rush times of day.

The woman at the drive thru was so rude and nasty that I had to cancel my order. Who wants to eat anything from someone so disgusting. I guarantee that her demeanor is like that daily. To berate a frequent customer, she hates her job and intentionally wants that location to fail. I don't mind at all to travel further to another location. This was around 320am. She is the reason why those that does their job correctly gets a bad reputation. She is hurting your business, badly.

For my drinks I asked for no ice and they didn't listen and added it anyway. For the kids meal it didn't come with the apple slices. Ordered 2 shamrock shakes but more like vanilla because all the mint flavoring was on the bottom not mixed in at all. Very disappointing.

This McDonald's has gone down hill. Night manager is so overwhelmed and new staff has gotten better but why does an online order take 25 minutes to be made.
