I really liked the burger because of the way they prepared the onion. Even though there was no one at the payment window, I continued to the next window. I explained to the girl that I was at the order pick-up window and she apologized. She told me that someone was late for 2 hours and that the manager was running away. one window to another and there is no time.I understood her since I know what it is like to work in places like this and it can happen; in addition, she expressed herself correctly to me very politely. Furthermore, the girl asked what the price was, she was interested in helping me and she gave me a receipt.I believe that a Customer service is not one that is perfect but one that knows how to have excellent communication and good manners.Lets ser un the futuro cause im new in the area hope is continuing doing good.??

Probably the worst McDonald's. Sundays are the worst. The manager is super slow. Crew is slow as well. 30 min wait for McDonald's!!

The male employee taking orders graveyard shift is rude.. Said cash only and then did not acknowledge the special listed.Said they were out of all things related to the special. It’s conveniently ONLY cash during graveyard. Asked to speak with the manager, and she was just as rude. Her name was “Miranda.” She said she didn’t know the specials listed on the board because she wasn’t out “there” where the display through the drive through is. I told her she should know as the manager and she closed the window . Very rude. This location is horrible. East colonial is better and is around the corner.
