The Ube-Cacao latte is a must try. Perfect blend between bitterness and sweetness. The breakfast burrito had great texture but lacked some type of acidity to the mix.Our pancakes were a bit more on the lemon side than expected, but it pairs really well with coffee. Also super impressive texture for GF and vegan pancakes! The buddha bowl was good but needed something else. Honestly the taste became mundane after the first 5 bites. The sweetness of the tahini and sweet potatoes needed something like micro greens or toasted pumpkin seeds for texture and flavor.Overall happy with the portions, presentation, tastes and will be visiting again!!

Breakfast and coffee was great. Ordered the breakfast burrito with the aioli dipping sauce. 100% worth the extra 1$ for the aioli

I really enjoyed the vegan breakfast bun I had. Very cozy and pleasant environment! Good “wellness” drinks!

Lovely vibes and love the vegan options!WhatI got a seasonal drink - blueberry lavender latte and also the pancakes. I don't usually drink my latte with any sweetening so this was a bit more on the sweet side for me. It was however pretty decent, I like that the lavender wasn't as strong either. Overall it was ok. The pancakes were good, not very sweet, perfect with my latte.. ha... I like that it was vegan to begin with!EnvironmentLocated in Winter Park, right off the main street. Quite small space that I can see filling up very fast. There is outdoor seating which is nice during this time (spring). The seating are first come first serve. You order at the counter and then you get a number to find seating if you ordered food. There is a parking area right in front.Niceness of the staffVery nice staff, once ordered and seated, they bring out the food and drink once it is ready. I was also able to get a togo cup for my drink which I sip and stroll on park aveDollarI think it is okay. The latte was $6 with Oatmilk and the pancakes were $16...YesI would, but probably not frequent... it is on the pricey side of frequent.Dietary restrictions: Lots of non-dairy options for drinks, even speciality drinks. Various menu items are already Vegan

I really enjoyed the mushroom avocado toast topped with one egg and the vanilla iced latte and my son had the breakfast burrito with chocolate milk! It was delicious!

I went in for the first time just to grab a coffee. When asking about the sizes of the coffee, due to not wanting much caffeine, and a lady behind the county gave a swift response of, “it doesn’t matter what the size is.. it’ll be the same price.” She then walked away. This was disappointing as a first time guest. When it comes to the coffee - it was decent.

Latte was pretty good, and their homemade pastries were the standout. Atmosphere is great. The ordering process was kind of confusing but other than that we loved it! Parking can also be an issue.

I was a big fan of New General until today. I would order their Buddha bowls all the time and loved them. Today when I went in, I noticed the prices went up, which in this economy, understandable. What I did not expect was how drastically the size of my bowl decreased. I don’t know if I was getting the hook up before on all of the other times I ordered but I kid you not my bowl was half the size. Needless to say, I won’t be getting another Buddha bowl anytime soon. Silver lining is that it still tasted good but definitely not worth the cost anymore.

Pricey but absolutely worth it. Had a vegan iced Mokka with Pistachio milk: super tasty. A vegan chocolate banana bread: highly recommend. A vegan breakfast sandwich with almond tofu and aioli: mind blown. Unclear how something that looks so simple can taste that good! And I'm not even vegan. I need to come back and taste everything else!Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options, clearly labeled.

The space was cute, dog friendly patio and cute presentation. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches we ordered were good but I wasn’t a huge fan of the blueberry pancakes. Probably just a personal preference but I did feel they lacked a bit of flavor and they didn’t come with syrup. I did eventually ask for syrup but by the time I got some they were cold. The staff was nice and Overall I’d say still worth trying! ☺️

Liked this shop. Interesting things for around house & mostly kitchen in the general store part.Standard Coffee was excellent. Girlfriend got something froo-froo with espresso and flavored which was also excellent.Nice atmosphere, but not much seating and didn’t love the layout. Upon walking in the register is right there, if there’s a line then you have to work to the back of it and stand directly behind anyone sitting at the little countertop bar near window.Final verdict - enjoyed coffee, and would go back.
