We finally got the chance to check out Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen and I am SO HAPPY we did! This is an excellent place! Located right in the Center for Health and Wellbeing, you can easily park in a garage right next door for free and it’s literally a 30-second walk. Once inside, you’re greeted by this spacious hall with extremely high ceilings and the café right at the front! They have so many wonderful options from smoothies to baked goods to bowls to salads to sandwiches, and everything in between! Flatbreads, empanadas, quiches, breakfast items, grab-and-go meals, you name it! Really great-looking tea and coffee drinks too! On our recent visit, got the raspberry Italian soda, blackberry Italian soda, tuna & sweetcorn wrap (gluten-free wrap is available for sandwiches), and coronation chicken sandwich on white bread - everything came out very fast and was excellent! Sandwiches came with pickled vegetables which were great, and overall it was just a really solid option for lunch. We were very happy with everything and definitely will be returning very soon!!

Kudos to all the Nourish team! I’m at the gym 3 times a week and they are the friendliest and warmest ever. Always a smile, product knowledge is on target, and they can’t do enough for you. Great coffee, salads and sandwiches. Special kudos the Kelsie and Kayla for their next level superb service. It keeps me coming back every week!

I stopped by with my husband and kids. Since it's located inside the Center for Health and Wellbeing, you already know it's going to be good-for-you fare. We tried their Monkey Joe Smoothie, Mediterranean Salad, Classic Chicken Salad sandwich, and Roasted Turkey and Cheddar Melt Panini with the Crosby Cobb Salad. Heads up that everything is made fresh to order, so be patient with the staff.We dined in, and appreciated that everything is served on reusable tableware. It's a simple and brightly lit cafe for a healthy meal!

I had seen this cute little shop's sign while I came to the area and made it a point to finally stop by and so glad I did!Not only is the place cute, clean, open with friendly service but they have a variety of healthy food and drink choices!I ordered an oatmilk latte and their 9 O'Clock Somewhere breakfast sandwich with bacon. Both were delicious and sure did hit the spot!I will be back to try some of their other menu items and if it is not so hot, enjoy their outside seating area.

The quality of the food has gone down since the change of management/owner. The portions are smaller also. It's sad. I used to love eating here. The serving staff is still great, though.
