Katherine from the Park location was so wonderful. She assisted me in placing an order for 11 people. I actually had to call back 3 times because their systems are down, delivery was already book for the next day at time we needed and I did the order and another person pays for it. We work for the University of Arizona. Very friendly, warm and welcoming tone. I know the day couldn't been easy with systems down. You could just vision the smile she kept as she took out order. Thank you again Katherine.

Soda machine has mold coming from ice dispenser. I spoke with the manager on duty few weeks ago regarding this issue, still hasn’t been resolved. I filled my cup with ice 4 times to see if the mold kept appearing. There was mold in the bottom of the cup every single time I attempted to get ice. This is a health concern for absolutely everyone who goes in and consumes anything from that machine. Cancelled my sip club membership and deleted the app. I will not step foot in there again. Absolutely disgusting

Solid place to grab lunch for a reasonable price. Having a bakery to take something back to work is also a good draw!
Ugh Panera is always in my mind just an "okay" place to eat and this location is a hit or a miss in my opinion. I received moldy fruit once (how? Why?) and have been incredibly reluctant to return here. Anyway, feel free to gamble with the quality. I do enjoy the Mediterranean veggie sandwich though and my online order pick up is always timely, it's been ready and waiting in advance of the time but maybe I've been lucky. I haven't had much interaction with the service beyond the order pick up.

Came in for my unlimited sip. No parking. I looped the block three times while my boy ran inside. They were out of Dr. Pepper, so he got Pepsi, which he doesn't like and didn't finish, and replaced with a $3 Coke at McDonald's later

This place is awful. Food bad and service worse. They forgot my cup of soup after a 15 minute wait. No apologies. I just got refunded. I only came because a friend wanted soup. I've always felt the food is disgusting.
