I had ordered a pizza for delivery on 3/20 and waited a while for it, and eventually noticed the order got canceled. I was pretty upset, so I decided to call the store to find out the reason why. After I spoke to the manager Tonya, who was incredibly friendly, honest, and accommodating, I decided I'd just go ahead and pick the order up myself. When I got there, Tonya not only gave me the original order, but she also re-made my order so I could enjoy a fresh pizza. Also offered me a refund for the inconvenience. Incredible service at the end and I have a whole new respect for my Papa Johns store after this. We need more people like Tonya in this world. Thank you for being so professional and going above and beyond. -Joel

Where to start...sauce tasted old, barely any cheese, 12 pepperoni's, yes we counted and way too many raw onions buried. When a 4 and 6 year old won't eat it, it's just no bueno!! Then upon delivery I had to listen to a Orlando Magic 50% special while he could see & hear the kids behind me screaming for their food. Such a shame noone ate it!

I have to agree with alot of other people here. This use to be my favorite location. The pizza was on point every time. Not here. My pizza was not even cooked all the way. The pizza dough was still white, and the cheese barely melted. I really wanted to give this place a chance because I know some days it cant be perfect, but this was my 3rd time trying this location again and every time just bad. So everytime I have to recook the pizza in the oven, which I might as well should have just made my own at this point.

I ordered back in August and the food was horrible. I was told by a manager there was an issue with a dough shipment. I then was emailed that they were going to refund me. Sad to say this never happened. I have email documentation showing that they would refund me, and they never did. 5 months later still waiting for a refund. This is my 3rd time ordering from this location because (sadly) it's the closest to my house. Everytime, the food takes over an hour to get (pick up). I just don't know why this location can't get it together. While I have been sitting here for 30 minutes pasty quotes pickup time, there is a growing line of people waiting for their food. I will not be ordering from this location in the future. Go somewhere else... believe me, you'll save yourself a huge headache.

I bought 2 pizzas this evening. The pizza is delicious. But when I was eating pizza with my children, I came across a small piece of wood. I pierced my gum and started bleeding. This is very unpleasant and painful.
