The bakery items are amazing and the croissants... the croissants are it! I found the service was slow considering I went on a weekday around 10am. If you aren't in a rush, try this place out!

The baked goods, coffee, and customer service when open are pretty great! However the only issue I have is the pick up for my cake order. I placed a cake order for pick up at 6:30am. I even called the day before to ensure my order would be ready at that time since they do not open until 7am. I spoke with a person who stated they were in charge of all orders and would move my order to be a priority so it will be ready at that time. There was no specification on where to pick it up on my receipt so I attempted to go through the front door which was locked. This did not surprise me since they did not open until 7am.What surprised me was the workers and baker/pastry chef in the front ignoring me at the door. I knocked and workers just passed by. Without even trying to see why I was there. They did not have any headphones in so I knew not only could they see me but they could hear me as well. After continuously knocking a worker finally opened the door, to which I showed my receipt for my pick up order. After a few more minutes they were able to locate my order but gave no apologies for the miscommunication.6:30am was a time available on the website that worked for me when placing the order. If no one is going to adhere to that, simply remove it as an option.I am aware there is a possibility the workers were not aware of an order being picked up that early, but it is something that needs to be communicated to the staff so the order can be ready at the time inputted. I plan on ordering more cakes in the future, but I hope a procedure is put in place instead of just ignoring a pick up order until continuous knocks are recognized by visible passing workers.

I walked into a staff meeting and long line today. Only one person behind the counter, ringing people up, heating pastries and making drinks. the manager didn't seem to notice the line want moving. This isn't the place to stop and grab a quick pastry.

Absolutely loved my experience at this location, it is great to visit with your friends and family. The vibes were Parisian-chic, and the food was good. Couldn't get enough of their delicious desserts paired with a perfect cup of coffee or ice tea! Prices were a tad high, but hey, it's worth it for the whole vibe. The staff were super friendly too, adding to the awesome atmosphere.

Today we chose this place for our special weekend breakfast, on Orlando Ave, Paris Baguette, a special place, very well located and the decoration is beautiful, there are many delicious cakes ? desserts to choose from, we don't know where to start hahaha my Chai is very delicious We loved everything.

Beautiful location, food is great! I got the sandwich that I had toasted. But service could be friendlier... The last time I was here the girl was so nice but this time, she didn't smile and didn't look like she wanted to be here (different girl). Might be a good idea to display the wifi password!
