Service was good but not impressed with the pizza. We also ordered fries with cheese. I expected nacho cheese but it was mozzarella. I didn't care for the cheese but fries were good. I will not be eating here

Disappointing Experience at Park Avenue Pizza My recent visit to Park Avenue Pizza in Winter Park, Florida, left much to be desired. The casual, seat-yourself atmosphere and diverse pizza options initially seemed promising, but unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by poor service and subpar food. A party of 5, we promptly placed our orders at the counter. While the majority ordered pizza slices and received their meals fairly quickly, my wife and I opted for chicken fingers and meatballs to share. Unfortunately, our order seemed to be an afterthought. After waiting for 15 minutes post-order, I inquired about our food, only to receive a curt response from the gentleman behind the counter: "They will be ready when they are ready." Another 10 minutes passed, and our party had finished their pizzas, yet our order remained unfulfilled. When we requested a refund, we were met with resistance and the excuse that preparing chicken fingers and meatballs took longer than pizza. The logic seemed flawed, as these items should have been quicker to prepare. The staff's refusal to refund our money and their attempt to expedite our order did little to salvage the situation. When the food finally arrived, it was unappetizing; the so-called chicken fingers were more like chunks, and the overall quality left much to be desired. What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of apology for the inconvenience. Despite being the only patrons in the establishment, the staff seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. In conclusion, my experience at Park Avenue Pizza was marked by unfulfilled orders, rude service, and unimpressive food quality. I cannot recommend this place to others unless you are willing to tolerate subpar treatment for what appears to be average or below-average food. My wife and I have no plans to return, and I advise potential patrons to explore other dining options in the area. If I could give a rating of no stars, it would be deserving of Park Avenue Pizza.

When we visited the place was completely empty and we still had to wait over 30 min for our food. The pizza was good though.

Ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza last night and did not like the taste at all with one bite. I called back to ask for a refund or exchange and they were closed. I called today to ask if it was possible to get a refund for the pizza or a possible exchange and will bring back the pizza to show proof. The man who answered the phone did not hesitate to say no refunds because they made what I asked for. I told him I did not like the taste at all and only took one bite. He said just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean you get refund. If this is their version of customer service then i will never spend my money there again.

Thank you so much Park Avenue Pizza for caring for our group so well! 19 of us showed up just after you opened and you took our individual orders with kindness and a smile. And the pizza and salads were great, too!!

We had lunch there today. They were dead, but our order of a cold sub & hot sub took 40 minutes. My wife’s Italian sub was good. However, my chicken parm sub was absolutely atrocious. It was, without a doubt, the worst chicken parm sub I have ever had in my entire life. The chicken tasted like it was microwaved twice or something. The bread and cheese was the best part of it and I had to throw it away.Bad service, bad food.
