This probably like my fifth time ordering from this Pizza Hut location, and I had the most horrible customer service experience ever over the phone, I had called to tell them about my wings not being covered in sauce because they usually have them all covered, he proceeded to tell me we only put 2 oz of sauce on the wings, but it still does not explain why only 4 of my wings where covered in sauce and my other 4 was plain!!! He started to give attitude over the phone, thinking that I was lying! So I just hung up the phone, I don’t know who this person think he is but that’s definitely not a way to talk to someone! He’s definitely not my mom or dad to bring up his tone like that! I wish I got his name!

We came here to get a stuffed crust pepperoni with pineapple on half lover box and that’s was the most nasty thing I put in my mouth it was to grease and falling apart and it was to doughy I live a hour away from here I would not be coming back to this place if I had a choice to put a zero I

I rarely leave reviews but the person who helped me today went above and beyond. I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut (or at least not in a while) so I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Aaron was very patient, read all the specials and helped me pick out the order. On top of that the pizza was amazing!

Always late always colds. Worst run Pizza Hut operation in the US. Most of the time it is well in excess of an hour.I imagine Pizza Hut will ultimately be bankrupt because they have decent pizza but horrible service

We live locally and order here all the time. Received the wrong order, these things happen but when I tried to confirm second order went through the team there kept “rerouting” me to other extensions. When I called back, they kept putting me on hold for no rhyme or reason. Done with Pizza Hut.

The worst Pizza Hut. My son ordered last night and they were 2 hrs late, so our dog ended up eating the pizza while he was putting kids to bed (since the pizza didn't show up when it should have!) I felt bad so ordered again today and they didn't have a delivery driver available. Unreliable. It stinks cuz we love Pizza Hut but this one is really terrible.

This location has never disappointed. Pizza is always top notch. Friendly order taker, accurate order, quick delivery. But this past Saturday's order was the best so far. Thin crust supreme and pan meat lovers - both were delivered hot and delicious. Especially the pan pizza.

When you came, you said to me as follows “I will give Gimil-Sin fine quality copper ingots.”You left then but you did not do what you promised me.You put ingots which were not good before my messenger (Sit-Sin) and said "If you want to take them, take them, if you do not want to take them, go away!”what do you take me for?I have sent as messengers gentlemen like ourselves to collect the bag with my money (deposited with you) but you have treated me with contempt by sending them back to me empty-handed several times, and that through enemy territory.

Apparently there is minimal training being done. How else would five pizzas all be made incorrectly? When staff uses the wrong dough there are fundamental problems beyond the wrong sauces and wrong toppings or worse, “whoops, guess we forgot the cheese!”

Big box ordered at 7:48pm and was not delivered until 10:28pm. Pizza was placed on ground which is disgusting. There is a patio table which the notes show the pizza should be placed on. Box was not sealed at all. I have been on hold with the store for over 45 minutes now and still no answer. Correction, someone answered and asked if I wanted to place and order and if it would be delivery or carry out. I explained that I had not received my order and he placed me on hold which after 45+ minutes I’m still holding. Frustrated I hung up. I need a refund ASAP. Do not order from the winter park Florida location.
