I am extremely disappointed in their food. On 3/5/24, I ordered the chicken parm which came with two garlic knots for take out. The chicken parm was tasteless having the appearance of store-bought bulk-packaged chicken parm deep fried and covered in tomato sauce and a slice of cheese. Tasteless. The garlic knots, I looked to see if all traces of garlic had slipped off into the sleeve they came in. No garlic chunks/slices/chops of any kind. No herbs. No parsley - nor even dried parsley seasoning on the garlic knots. The garlic knots looked like rolls that were dipped in oil. No taste whatsoever. This for $22 - extremely disappointing!!! It does not take much to season a cutlet and/or roll. You may ask, did I call to complain...for what?!?! It was my lunch break and I could not go back out to exchange or get something else! Never again - Winter Park location. Never again.

a little small, but yet comfortable. At times crowded & a little noisy, but like being back in New York. Food & service was friendly & quick.Pizza was exactly the way I wanted.Parking: It's the typical shopping & bar & restaurant outdoor center. Depending on time of day & type of movie being shown, the parking could lead to frustration.

The food is good but this place was much better when it was managed by the original owner "Pops" Valdiano. His current staff and management do not care about customer service and they refuse to take responsibility when they make a mistake. They point the finger at someone else and have no care to correct a customer issue. I ordered a Calzone through Uber Eats (I have ordered the same thing for several months now) and they made me a Stromboli (half the size). When I called them to complain they blamed the Uber Delivery person.

This the closet to NYC pizza for me. Plus service very good as well. Only had pizza gonna have to go back to try rest of menu
