Beautiful restaurant with extremely friendly and attentive staff. Even the owner was there during our visit and made a point to ask us about the food and wish us a good day on our way out.The food was absolutely delicious, honestly some of the best Italian restaurant pastas we’ve ever had.The cannoli and tiramisu was amazing and owner server, Joseph even threw in a complimentary Lava Cake for us since we were stuck between those 3 dessert items.It is unfortunate that some of the negative reviews here seem to be so harsh for no good reason, some being simple misunderstandings or just complaining that the seasonal menu changed, which of course it did. It’s a seasonal menu.Overall, absolutely give it a try, we will be dining there again.

The best Italian food in Orlando, I ordered appetizers and main dishes and the special recommendations are a dream and not to mention the desserts are incredible and very fresh, you will never try anything like this. Called this place twice. People were just rude and nasty on the phone and I'm not going to pay good money for any meal to be served by abusive people. Winter Park people are pretty arrogant and nasty too so maybe that's what the issue is.

We have dined at Rocco's many times - including on Valentine's Day. Indeed, it has been one of our favorite places. This year on Valentine's Day, however, the restaurant switched to a limited, over-priced menu which, although the food was still good, was limited in selection and portions, and frankly, was very over-priced for what it was. Our experience was made worse by the owner's abject dismissal of our concerns and the fact that he overtly lied that they provided a similar limited menu last year. As a result, this restaurant will not be receiving any further business from us - or the many friends that have previously been patrons.

Went for the first time tonight and won't be back. The place was somewhat busy, but even when most people had left, we barely had anyone take care of us. We waited a long time to even be greeted, much less get waters and barely checked on during dinner. Food was pretty good, though the lasagna lacked seasoning. Nothing special to encourage a return visit.

Hadn't been to Rocco's since before the pandemic. Got invited to an 18-person birthday party and decided to go. What a pathetic experience! 1. The food portion sizes were tiny. The price was $60/plate with 20% gratuity. The food was tasty, but you only got a few bites. 2. Ordered wine at the bar before dinner and took it to the table. The wine had turned. Not even drinkable. I asked the server to take it away. When I asked to have it taken off my bill he said "no". I would have to got back to bar and ask for a refund. There was no one at the bar when we left. 3. The wait staff was not attentive in anyway. We were totally ignored throughout the dinner. At one point it took six of us shouting at them to let them know one person still hadn't been served. 4. They refilled my water. The refill had a dead fly in it. We were treated as it was a major inconvenience to them when I told them about it. No apology at all. 5. One of the forks had food encrusted on it so badly that it filled the space between the tines. Again when we brought this to the staff no apology or concern.Ick. Just ick.
