I know the employees around lunch time know who I am already lol! They are amazing I always place my order and leave my job walking and 10 mins later it is ready for me to pick up and enjoy! I love the customer service they are very attentive. The employee with the dreads definitely deserves a raise. Even if He has a line of people he always is asking if I need anything even when I wait patiently for him to finish up with the other folks. Food is always fresh and made just the way I like it. Great place for lunch and very convenient since my job is a 5 min walking distance. 5/5 recommend this location.

Server with goatee was rude and did not give us any time to even look at the menu. He kept repeating some words but too fast to understand. Have a sarcastic response the second we answered him and spoke to us like we were children. Terrible customer service.

2nd time I come here and the employees are all about the work and customer service. Very professional with the greeting and getting my order just right!! Not only that they are quick. Today I came in and they had like 6 or 7 subs on the bar that they were getting ready for an online order. They worked as a team to get my in store order completed all while at the same time still working that 6 or 7 subs online order. I was really impressed! In some cases you would think the employees would be upset because of how busy they are but that was not the case here. Kudos to the awesome attitude and attention to customer service.

I was in a hurry so I called and spoke to Daniel and asked if he could make a sandwich for me. He said he couldn’t because so many people had not shown up last week to pick up their orders. Understandable but I begged and said I was on my way right then. Again he said he couldn’t, never asked me for my card number or anything just flat out NO. I told him I would have to go to Chic-fil-A if he wouldn’t (remember hurry) he said great and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. There is a reason Subway is always empty, Daniel might have something to do with it. It is my son’s favorite and as a hard working Mom I rarely get the chance to pop into his school and surprise him. Thanks Daniel for the outstanding customer service.

So what happened the the nice staff at this location? So greeted by very loud sandwich maker calling me boss. He tries to get on the cash register but when it is crowded its best to have one handling sales while the other. The woman ordering behind me doesn't speak english and tries to order he speaks a few words in spanish and then he says "ENGLISH PLEASE".. I casually told him that his spanish was better than mine to which he replied "They Don't Pay me To Speak Spanish,, I figure I should make more money If I am expected to speak two languages!" I felt sorry for the lady who couldn't speak English.. He continued to respond to her in Spanish so I don't know if he was cutting me down for not knowing Spanish very well or mad at his boss.. Then a lady from Krispy Kreme walks up to pick up her sandwiches and he stops everything to order a couple of cups of coffee from her... I have been going to this location for a while but there are too many others top put up with this!

Places says it closes at 10pm get there at 9:04 and the worker comes out and says she is closed! I tell her it’s only 9pm and she says oh well ! Rude and horrible customer service!!
