The food is good, but the about of pastrami you put on an $18 Ruben is subpar. You're charging New York prices in Florida. I hope you don't vote blue as well.

First time visit this morning. Was set up outside with my daughter’s Girl Scout troop (thank you for letting us set up a table out front for our cookie sales. We appreciate you welcoming community activities). Young lady at the front who rang me up was very polite and friendly, which is something that you just don’t even see nowadays anymore from the younger generation. It’s refreshing to have a kind person provide service. When I stated it was my first time here, she took the time to step away briefly, after she rang me up, for a few seconds to explain to me the simple syrup and creamer bar. Thanks for the suggestion for simple syrup! My iced coffee was amazing! One of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back for this. Took a bacon, egg and cheese to go on an everything bagel as well as a couple of toasted bagels with butter for my kids. Everything was still warm when I got home. And good portion of egg, sandwich was nice and thick. Only thing I’d suggest is to toast bagels more. It was rather soft and hardly toasted. Overall though, Thanks for a great first experience.

Don't know what happened but bagels are smaller than normal. Looks like lender bagels and very chewy. Don't know what changed but If I lived closer I would return.
It's the Cubsta for me that tips Brooklyn over the edge. Dont know how everyone has not adopted that. If you don't know, BWB offers frozen coffee cubes instead of regular ice to keep your ice coffee from getting watered down (now you know). Their bagels are distinctive. If you're looking for an extra soft and chewy bagel, this isn't it. Their everything bagel seasoning is legit and they scoop out some of the inside of the bagel to make room for their delicious schmear (get the scallion cream cheese and thank me later). I usually go everything with scallion cream cheese and an iced coffee or the Williamsburg (seen in photo).

Ordered 4 bagels and a 24 oz milk container. On receipt of the order they gave a half filled 20 oz cup (including the cup weight) and only two bagels that were both burnt. Since this was a delivery order there isn't much I can do other than let others know the store employees are incompetent and constantly mess up orders. Better value and quality elsewhere. Don't bother giving them your business.

Excellent bagels and bagel sandwiches. Was craving an everything bagel and also lox after not having bagels for years and these met every expectation/memory I had from NYC bagels. Delicious.

Listen up!! This was awesome ?! The bagel breakfast sandwiches were absolutely delicious! Filling and full of flavor! I absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed having a big iced coffee made with dark coffee icecubes!! High on my list of simple breakfast pleasure!
