Worker was super nice but we had to leave, that place is so dirty. Gross. Not sure how their food is, but this place needs a good deep clean.

I ordered my food online and when I arrived they said there was no order for me. They also said they are using a call center now for orders and they’ve been having issues with them. I wasn’t offered anything to drink or eat while I had to wait for my order that I then had to order. They have also discontinued some items like chipotle and for whatever reason had no refried beans. The entire experience was terrible. Got home and the food order was wrong. I specifically asked for no onion and they put onion in both tacos. I used to be a big fan of their food but it’s gone downhill. They just lost me as a customer.

I work very close to this location, so it's disappointing when the food is already cold ten minutes after placing the order. Chips and salsa were missing from my order. I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes and never spoke to anyone. The restaurant wasn't busy when I arrived (2:15 PM on a Thurs), which makes this level of food quality and service all the more upsetting/frustrating. Won't be visiting this location again.

I don’t know what happened here. It is supposed to be a chimichanga. It has only chicken and cheese inside. Is that normal? It doesn’t feel normal. Why is it so thin? 12$ for a wet micro burrito doesn’t seem like a good deal. People were nice enough though.

Always a good time at TF. They had new menu items this time as well which the Chipotle Chicken Birrito was fantastic. The gentleman who took care of us was cool and attentive. They always do well at that location. Been going for years.

I usually never have an issue with my tacos from Tijuana Flat but for some reason today my taco was extremely soggy to the point where I could not enjoy them. The best part of my Dos Taco was the small quest and chip. How disappointing. Maybe draining the chicken from the broth it was cooked in would help or try not putting the salsa juice all on the taco.
Very friendly staff. Same consistent food quality I've come to enjoy over the years.

Come to this location all the time and they still have an old happy hour board up on the wall since IDK how many months ago or even last year I think. This is definitely false advertisement and I'm sure I'm not the only one that has asked about it. They need to take this down and stop advertising it like if it was up to date. So disappointed won't be coming back to this location anymore even though it is closest to my home. Manager didn't even come out to apologize or give us anything else or even explain to us.Kid-friendliness: Some kids around

Great food and great atmosphere. This location has fantastic customer service and excellent chefs in the kitchen.Vegetarian options: Any dish can be vegetarian with beans instead of meat.
Menu and service has changed. But their guacamole is still the best.

Came in this evening for dinner and stood at the register waiting. Nobody came out, could see the cook on the line through the window and hear the workers laughing in the kitchen. Maybe a smoke break? But literally nobody to greet us and we weren’t quiet. We came in singing. After awkwardly standing there we eventually left.
