Came to tropical smoothies before work after yoga… not in a rush I had some time but the time spent became unnecessary.3 young men followed me in 3/16/24 they were there to support a young woman at her job. I ordered a Turkey bacon ranch w/ smoothie and banana. After I ordered the gentlemen took time to order I went to wash my hands. She spoke for a while with the gentlemen.I asked someone who was training (who made my smoothie) if she - who was still talking - would be making the sandwich. He confirmed. (He also greeted me after waiting for some time and told me she would be the one who took the order)She began to prep what I knew was a chicken bacon ranch. After her conversation ended. And after going to the back of the kitchen to speak to the later confirmed shift lead. I called across the line asking if that sandwich was mine. She said yes. I told her I ordered a turkey bacon ranch. She froze. The shift lead fixed my sandwich.I drank the entirety of my smoothie waiting for my sandwich. The smoothies of both gentlemen were made and given the them before I received my sandwich.The gentlemen left tropical smoothie and had the sandwich she messed up on, in the parking lot. She wasted my time before work and costs the company money to flirt.

I've ordered this smoothie for 4 years now and today has to be the worst experience. I purchased this order on the app, went in and decided to order another pb cup with xtra pb. They were both watered down. Had 0 flavor. Just ice and water. I specifically stated light ice and water. I went back in and they remade one and its still inedible. The after taste, reminds me of black bananas that are old. I spent $15 today and had to throw them out. This is unacceptable.

The manager is really rude and does not know how to manage anything. An is very disrespectful I seen him yelling at a poor homeless person asking for water and they said they would pay for it. and from the looks of it he is very disrespectful I asked for a water bottle after I ordered my food because I forgot and he gave me a really bad attitude I wish whoever owns this establishment fires this manager right now and until then I will not be going to tropical cafe in winter park ever again I wish this manager gets revoked I am a restaurant gm and it’s sad to see people like him running a restaurant

I’m actually OK with paying $10 for $1.50 worth of ingredients for a tasty smoothie. But for $10 I expect to at least be greeted when I come in… or even while standing and waiting for 2 of the 4 employees to finish their conversation. No, I just got treated like a barely visible annoyance.But at least I was in no way a hindrance to their socializing as they never once looked at me or spoke to me. At least there’s that.Not returning. Ever.

I had the opportunity to try the Sunset Sunrise smoothie at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I'd like to share my thoughts. The smoothie itself had a pleasant, fruity flavor with a blend of tropical fruits and a hint of citrus, making it a refreshing and enjoyable drink. However, one aspect that I couldn't ignore was the price. The smoothie was on the expensive side, and it left me feeling that I didn't quite get the value I expected. While the taste was good, it would have been more satisfying if it were a bit more reasonably priced. For those who don't mind spending a bit more for a tasty treat, the Sunset Sunrise smoothie might still be a good choice, but it may not be the most budget-friendly option.

My husband and kids and I used to stop in all the time and buy smoothies here... But the last several weeks we have been turned away when we come in to buy smoothies (even though there's nobody in the store and the employee is standing there doing nothing but wiping the counter) because apparently the owner ( The not very smart owner) has decided that it's a wise thing to do to turn away walk in business and only accept online orders. Because people walking in wanting to spend 30 or 40 or $50 is too much work.... So be warned if you're shopping in this plaza or walking by and want to pop in for a smoothie DON'T waste your time because they won't make it for you or sell it to you. They are solely and ONlY taking online food orders. And will send you away?

We ordered online thru the website and had food and smoothies. The smoothies were never delivered but we got the food. We try to call the restaurant and no one answers so we cant get a refund.
