Very sad that this location closed. We always loved visiting for frozen treats. Maybe another location in Winter Springs will open in the near future. Their strawberry shortcake Sunday was my favorite thing to order.You excellent service and ice cream will be missed.

Haven’t been in a while… went tonight and got my regular… cotton candy explosion. It just tasted like Ice cream that has been in the freezer too long, with that tacky texture… the pop rocks were not popping… it was just BAD!

Great location!!!!! We came down from Ocala to get our yearly Birthday cake and we are glad we chose this Brusters!!! Gentleman that helped us yesterday was Great and very helpful!! Highly recommend this location and will return next year and probably earlier when we are in the Orlando area. Thank you again you have a return customer!!!

Worst experience!!!! No one should visit this place..literally food didn't have a bag..nasty ketchups and they give according to their liking. Customer service ridiculous.. No napkins or nothing. Team have no courtesy

I love brusters!!! I take my grandkids twice a week!!!! I love Nathan’s fries they are so good!!! Superb customer service!!!Amazing quality location!!!

The staff were very nice and the service was fast , they let you try before u buy so that you’re happy with the ice cream flavor. The ice cream is on top of this world !!! everything was delicious, we sat outside and had a wonderful time with the kids. Cant wait to come back 10/10 recommend .

Purchased they number one and number two for myself and my two grandchildren today. The hotdogs were OK but the french fries were cooked in rancid oil it wasn’t until after I left the parking lot and grabbed a couple from the bag when I realized it and was too far away to go back. I did place a call and spoke to a Carmen who is the manager. She said no one else has complained. And that she would check the oil. Rancid oil has a distinct smell and flavor. A well run kitchen knows when the oil was last changed and the fryer last cleaned. So eat one fry before you leave!

I'm late in reviewing this simply because it slipped my mind. However, I have not one ill word about Bruster's. Especially when my area was hit with a hurricane and knocked out power. It was hot and, along with other issues goin on, it was a difficult time. But Bruster's had power and more importantly they had something cool to drink and a way of making something hot to eat. There's no greater treat in the world than a chili dog and an iced drink; especially when the going gets tough. I don't often veer off the road towards my destination, eager for comfort food- but Bruster's was right there and I just had to screech my tires to turn in. Luckily, it was busy - like at all. I was the only one there (with my son) and the two young ladies were welcoming and helpful. That orange flavored frozen drink hit the spot and then some. And that chili dog was messy glory. I'll be back sooner than later.
