I visited Firehouse on Thursday around 7:30ish. I hate leaving a less than stellar review because I actually love Firehouse, but this location needs attention. Young employees need training in professionalism and customer service. I ordered 2 bowls of chili that were luke warm, and one bowl had a suspicious looking thing in it, so I ended up throwing it out. I won't stop eating Firehouse, but I definitely won't visit this location again.
The food is almost always incorrect in some way or another. Order is routinely messed up and often times it is only when ordering online. Which means theres no way to see the workers make the mistake. I ordered a plane simple ham and cheese sub and ended up with it having peppercorns on it. I couldn't even eat it cause it was so spicy.

The bread was not toasted properly, the meat was tough and fatty, and the cheese was nonexistent...typically the food is excellent at this location and my latest visit was a complete and expensive disappointment.
