Big shout out to Austin and Nessa today for handling business. Something was wrong with the mobile order system or something. Austin and Nessa both worked with a sense of urgency to make sure me and my bf were taken care of after waiting a ridiculously long time for 3 burgers. My biggest beef with our visit today was not with the store or employees, but with mcdonalds itself. Yall really need to provide your employees with better support with all the technology you force customers...read full review

The restaurant will not start making the food until you show up. Ordering and paying ahead is a waste of time. So is sitting and waiting in parking lot for 15 minutes to make 3 hash browns. This always happens.

This McDonald's is in the middle of a huge remodel that has turned the parking lot and drive thru into a nightmare. The line seems to always be backed up lately, the food quality isn't what it was, and more often then not something is wrong with my order.Hopefully, things will get back to normal soon.
