The internet has been like this for four times between Feb. 26 and March. 4 as I visited the place. My friend's phone shows the same thing. There's Wi-Fi but our phones couldn't be connected. Such an inconvenience when we brought our laptops to do a quick work in Saturday morning. The staff there is always busy and hurried to tell us to try "forgot the network and rejoin" but nothing is solved. We lived nearby and we used to like to go this place because it is very spacious and convenient. Not any more !

I got drinks and food in the drive thru and who ever took my order was extremely dismissive and didn’t repeat my order. She forgot one thing in which I had to turn around and order it in the store and it took 40 mins for a matcha latte that I had to get a refund on. I saw the drive thru get their order just fine.

I did a mobile order and waited over 25 minutes never got my coffee. I had to go back and get a refund. The drive-through was moving along which shows you they do not take mobile orders serious. They are highly understaffed. Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
