I have tried so many different locations but this one NEVER disappoints, the girl on the drive through with short pink hair is so nice!!! Even if I messed up ordering, she doesn’t make me feel guilty. The food is always up to standard!

Ordered via DoorDash and the order I received was entirely screwed up. An $8 cantina chicken quesadilla with a teaspoon of cheese and chicken in it. Cantina chicken taco looked like it was scraped off the floor after someone dropped it, and had almost nothing inside it. And the 2 grilled cheese chicken burritos had nothing but the custom options we selected (Chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños) with no actual grilled cheese on the outside. Took one bite out of everything and threw the rest away. Disgusting.

This is the only taco bell I will eat at. It's always clean, food service is always fast & they've never messed up an order of mine unlike other locations (Casselberry)and the staff are always nice, always have a smile no matter what time if the day it is
This is probably the best taco bell I've been in consistently! they're chill back there and it just always taste better than the taco bells growing up. It does look like an older taco bell in there though, ain't such a bad thing.

The staff are always great, and the food is always fresh. Orders are quickly made whether it be through the drive-thru or the inside section. I've only been there late night and every time I've been there the staff has had a great attitude. It's not only one of the better quality Taco Bells, but it is also one of the most responsive.UPDATE: The customer service of the night shift employees is out of this world. Please give them raises. They are quite literally the best. I don't know about the day shift, but I have the utmost respect for the ones who work at night. They understand you. The best taco bell I have ever had the privilege of eating their food.

I remember when taco bell used to be affordable. Now I don’t see the point in coming to Taco Bell. Maybe it’s for the best.
Love this location! They always have good attitudes and make great food!Vegetarian options: I used to be pescatarian and would rely on Taco Bell bean burritos and black bean crunchwrap supremes when I was out and hungry, but now they have even more vegetarian options and even vegetarian versions of some dishes, all of which taste great!Parking: The intersection next to the restaurant is a little weird so the spots can be hard to get into when it's busy, but there are plenty of spots. The Orlando area just has really weird roads in general.
Not doing anything, why call it work if it's obviously not what's getting done at this taco bell. Had cancelled 2 orders through Uber bc the food wasn't even ready. Two hours same order and nothing was made find a new manager who has an IQ.

Best Taco Bell around! Never any problems with my food/orders. Friendly fast service. The girls at the drive-thru window during lunch hours are awesome.
This location used to be good several years ago. There was a gentleman here named Juan who made sure everything was right and you could tell it was a more positive working environment. Suddenly, Juan was gone along with the rest of the staff. I don't know if the franchise changed ownership, but it's been only downhill since. Prices went up significantly, the food takes a geologic age to make, even when they aren't busy, and make sure you get a receipt! If they make a mistake, they'll just deny it if you didn't have proof.
