It's always freezing inside!And the music was screaming! Annoying!We had to ask for plasticware for our chili (watery) and baked potato (very small) & again for our frosties.We also had to ask for butter for our baked potato.Our granddaughter asked for ketchup & lettuce only on her cheeseburger and they put everything on it. Ugh!We were so happy to have a Wendy's come to town, but they need help. Desperate help!
The manager was very kind to me on the phone. My husband ordered me a Taco salad & he asked 3X if everything was in the bag, but they forgot my tortilla chips for the salad. The manager offered credit, but I told him no worries. Just wanted employees to be more careful next time. He said he would alert his staff about it. We Love our Wendy's!!!

Great food. Always great at Wendy’s. The service at this particular Wendy’s was fantastic.Wheelchair accessibility: I have a parent who is a senior and wheelchair bound. It was very easy for her to get in and out and around inside the restaurant. I appreciate that for sure.
