“If you look at the profiles of most of the negative reviews, you'll see the people posting them are stereotypical steering wheel holders that complain about 99% if everything in any of their reviews, so ignore them!The quiet young lady that made our subs absolutely knocked it out of the park. It's been ages since I had a sub from any subway that didn't fall apart as soon as I unwrapped it! Our order was 100% accurate and satisfactory, and she was sweet enough to wrap our sub halves separately, making the entire meal cleaner and easier to handle.I would absolutely stop here again, and I wish every Subway had someone so great working at their location!“

“The options for counter or kiosk order suit most preferences, and the display shows where everyone is in the queue. Staff are pleasant and competent, and the food service is prompt and correct. This rest area's food court has an inviting atmosphere and handles large crowds easily.I love to stop at this rest area for a Baconator at Wendy's because I know it will be a nice break before I get back on the turnpike, and a Baconator will keep me energized for about five more hours of driving andmanual labor.Parking: The parking lot is large and easy to navigate, with good pedestrian walkways to keep people from being in the path of random cars. You can park near the exit for your current travel (north or south) so you're heading out in the right direction, but all the parking out the same doors so you won't wind up on the wrong side of the building wondering where your vehicle is.Kid-friendliness: There are shops for snacks and supplies to take in the car as well as fresh prepared food. There's a place to take snapshots with your family and the area has clear lines of sight so you can see family and friends from across the dining area. There are family restrooms as well as Men's & Women's so parents can assist children or just keep them close.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking and sidewalks are smooth and easily traversed, with no obstacles for those on wheels or walking.“

“The manager Jaime was so nice and patient and I watched him deal with a monster of a customer who not only physically looked grotesque but also behaved in an insanely grotesque manner. She repeatedly yelled words that the new trainee employee didn’t understand because he speaks broken English but is trying to learn and is here legally and is working to make an honest living. This rude awful woman treated this young man in a subhuman manner and walked away while the guy was still making her sandwich. I am astounded that the manager had so much patience to not go off on her because lord knows I would have. She will probably leave a 1 star review here or in the rest area so I’m leaving this review to reveal the truth of her character, which is just nasty.“
