I called in an order for a 230 pick up and my husband had to work over 4 1/2 hours. So our pizza would have been cold if we would've picked it up but the staff of Rob Nick and Trinity made it right and made a fresh new pizza for us. The staff is always excellent. The pizza is amazing never greasy just the right amount of toppings, and I am grateful to the staff for helping us have a good meal.

The salads are good and the pizza is tasty, but we have asked for a specific crust flavor and only once out of four times did they add the seasonings. Why ask if they are just going to send a plain crust??

Hungry howies in yulee fl, great pizza the store is small and very busy on weekends. These people work hard to give you the best service possible. The drivers sometimes take 2 or 3 orders at the same time to keep up. In my opinion, it's very clean and well maintained.

This store is hit or miss, which in my opinion is unacceptable. The food served is what you would expect. However, the employees are always distracted, never courteous, either in the phone or carrying on conversations in front if you while your waiting. The website encourages tips before checking out so they can treat you any way they want and it won't affect their tip. I recommend getting the service you deserve, the structuring the tip based on that service. They apparently have no oversight from management because this has been going on for some time.

I ordered pizza a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night after dashing. Hungry and tired thinking it will take awhile. Nope this crew got my order and by the time I drove over it was ready. Everybody at this location is wonderful from the GM down to the order taker. The food was hot and fresh and I couldn't believe the speed of service. So much better then pizza Hut and Dominos. If your in yulee and hungry for pizza and tired of the other guy come here and the crew will have you smiling.

Jesse is awesome! He has made my family's pizza many times and every time it seems to be better than the first. The first pizza I ever ordered was the Sticky. Jesse asked me about the things I really enjoyed on my pizza and he added those things and WOW. It reminded me of being a kid, getting pizza from this little pizza joint back home in N.C. So every bite reminded me of home. Thank you Jesse!

Hailey at the front counter was super friendly and very helpful with any questions. The pizza was by far one of the best I have had in a long time, not including the flavored crust. I was presently surprised that I was able to pick one crust flavor for me on one half of the pizza and a different flavor on the other half for the kids. I will be visiting Howie's more often now that I have tried their pizza. All around, it is a great place to get a quality pizza with great service. Keep up the good work!!!

By far some of the best food and service that I’ve received any pizza place pizza joint I love that they were speedy reliable and help me navigate through all the toppings and crust flavors that they have. Skyler and Jesse even watched my little girl for the split second that I was going to go back to my car and get my wallet and my phone. such an amazing job thank you so much.!

Amazing service!! Staff there are all very professional and was very willing to help! I ordered online and my order got messed up a little, called them and they fixed it immediately and refunded some of our meal AND added a pepsi with no questions asked and was completely apologetic. True customer service at its best! Pizza was fresh and everything tasted great. This is our go to pizza place now. Thank you guys for all your hard work and actually caring about your job and customers.
