As of 1945 tonight 4/12/24. They locked the doors and would not run the drive through. Had customers inside would not let any one inside with no explanation. So my son and wife and I did not eat there. Just totally rude. We even waited out side for the line to go down as we did not want to add to the stress. But no chicken nuggets for us lol.

We waited a long time for the order, although it was already ready in the app. All the food was too salty. The fries were thrown into the bag at random. Sad but it was sloppy and slow.

Did a mobile order on the app, said it would be ready in 10 minutes, and said ready on the app before we arrived. We pull up at the drive through at 7:20, they said the drive through is closed and to come inside, even though we explained we had a mobile order. Went inside, we said we had 2 mobile orders that were ready on the app, they said they couldn’t find it. We sat down and waited for them to find it. 6 other people had been there for already 20-30 minutes waiting on their food, we could hear them complaining. 40 minutes go by, they finally find our mobile order on the screen, but still needed to prepare it. We waited almost a hour for our mobile order that said was READY before we even got there. Then the food we got, was absolutely horrible, barely any sauce, dry and overcooked, and what even is the ‘extra sauce’ that I paid $.50 for. It’s non existent. This place needs help and to get their stuff together. Will never be back. Absolutely horrible experience.

Been to this location twice now and both times were horrible experiences. This time my wife and I ordered ahead on the app. The app clearly said that the order was ready and it was nowhere near ready when we walked in. Multiple problems all going on at the same time when we walked in the door ( too much and too to write in this review) . Waited almost 30 minutes after the app told us our food was ready and it still wasn’t good quality after all that waiting. Fries absolutely not eatable. Whoever owns and manages this place should be ashamed of themselves

Worst KFC experience ever. Placed an app order. Was messaged order was ready. Arrived 2 minutes later, no order in window. After waiting in long line to enquire, I was told my order was picked up??? So they said they would make it again. Waited 30 minutes in store, order was wrong. Man at counter pretty much ignored everyone like we were "bothering" him. 3 employees in store. Asked counter/register employee if he had been their long, he said "I am just helping" ???. Got survey after leaving, completed with complaint....not a peep of follow-up from customer service after three weeks. Terrible!!!

I’ve tried giving this KFC multiple chances, But everytime I come here I’m here in the drive through for at least 20 min with no one in-front of me, the customer service is trash and you’d think with the long wait I’d have hot food, but no. It’s cold and the bag looks like it’s been thrown around. Even as I write this I’m in the drive through waiting for someone to just take my order and I’ve been here for at least 10 minutes…this is ridiculous
