No more Pizza Hut for me.I received a bad pizza on my last order. The meatballs had gone bad, but they used them anyway. I emailed a complaint to corporate, and filled out the store's survey explaining the problem, expecting them to contact me for a replacement. When they didn't, I called the store. The manager said call tomorrow when their delivery person was there, and they would replace the pizza. I called tomorrow, and the General Manager said, no, you needed to call the same day.Mistakes happen, but a good company makes them right. Pizza hut did not make it right! They should have replaced the pizza as the manager said he would do, but the GM overrode him.I will no longer do business with Pizza Hut. They have shown they are unethical, and as such do not deserve my business, or anyone else's for that matter.

we live 2 miles from this location. We built this house 3 years ago. Everyone is able to find our address except Pizza Hut. it says that no location delivers to our address. yet they will deliver to several streets over to us in the same neighborhood. Dominos, which is about 5-6 miles away can find our address and deliver to us. it is ridiculous that pizza hut cant update their addresses to deliver to locations 2 miles away in the same neighborhood as other addresses. i have even contacted corporate about this and never heard back a response. Lost our business forever!!!!!

Very poor experience thanks to employee who’s name really is “Karen”. Long story short…I asked how long before a pepperoni pizza would be ready and she replied 6-10 min…I never left the counter, literally stood there for almost 10 min when another customer purchasing some cheese sticks asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas and “Karen” gave him both the pepperoni pizzas right out the oven!!!…when I asked was there another pepperoni pizza, she said it will be another 10min…I said are you kidding me, I have been standing here in you face waiting and you sold the other customers the pizza??? She said I should have pre-paid for it…I said he didn’t pre-pay!! He asked you did you have any and you gave him both, not to mention I’ve been standing here the whole time…Then I asked for a supervisor and she turns her back and walks away…not even an apology!!!!

Ordered a large half Super Supreme / half meat only. Staff was friendly, pizza was delicious with a ton of toppings! My first time there. Will definitely go back!!

Ordered a pizza for delivery last week. It arrived rather quickly but the pizza did not seem cooked all the way. It was only warm when we received it and the cheese was not completely melted. I didn't have much flavor. The crust did not look or taste like a Pizza Hut pan pizza normally would. Probably won't order again.

18$ to deliver a cold pizza with next to no sauce. Out of that 18$ im sure they give the driver NOTHING. Better off getting a frozen pizza in a box.
2 hours after we ordered and still no pizza. Called the store and got excuses and hung up on. Unacceptable by any standards. As I was writing this review the driver finally showed up. I started to complain about the wait and said I wasn't sure I wanted it now. The driver slung the pizza into the back seat of the car where it toppled over. He then looked at me and angrily asked " So, you are canceling the order". If I wasn't I am now. Unbelievably bad service.

We are regular customers of Pizza Hut but this was the worst service ever. We ordered a 3 topping large pizza and they forgot to put one of our toppings. When we told the employee she ignored and went inside. It was a girl on night shift really disappointed!

Just called to place an order, despite their horrible reviews, and was told they don't deliver past the road I live on. Didn't bother arguing with a minimum wage employee about how I don't live past the road I live on but whatever... I'll just pick one of the many that do:-)
