I ordered the family boneless pack twice and both times were good. The first time they forgot the sides but didn’t fuss when we came back to get them. Only complaint is many of the fountain drink choices suck in the lobby and no fountain water (wasn’t working).
Pulled up to the drive thru window to get my order and I was given my drink and told to pull into parking spot 1. They never pointed to where the drive thru spots were. The parking lot is very small. I figured it out. But I was the only one. 3 cars pulled up and had no clue what to do which caused them to back up the drive thru. Try the new shrimp, way overcooked super greasy probably won't get them again, however my wife loved the veggie egg rolls I tried them they're pretty good so... Zaxby is about the same as most. Fair prices good quality food. This particular location is a little bit backwards as far as the layout and the flow goes you have people trying to get their drinks and trying to place the order commingled which makes for a crowded area with lots of interference.
