We really wanted to give this place a great review but sadly it was very disappointing. Ordered online and it said it would e ready in 20 minutes so I got there just before the 20 minute mark and they hadn’t even started my food. You play and tip ahead of time( meanwhile I left 20% tip and there was still no urgency to make my order. I walked in and there was only 1 person in like and I still wait an extra 20 minutes past the pickup time for my food. No offer to even have a soft drink while I waited.One quesadilla didn’t have the chicken in it but had a pound of cheese and veggies. My burritos steak was barely even cooked but it was steak so not a huge deal. After seeing how uncooked and sloppy everything was, I honestly didn’t even eat the other chiicken quesadilla That we ordered because it had sauce all over it and I didn’t trust. The chicken was cooked thoroughly on that as well. The boardwalk cookies were ok, I wish the caramel would have been on the side instead of all over it because it ruins the overall taste of them since the become extremely sticky and soggy.They have a great menu, so I would probably try it again, but it would have to be at a different location. They only had two people working in there and they were both younger kids. I looked very overwhelmed, trying to make everything.

Everything that we have tried has been delicious. Update to my earlier review. My family loved Bubbakoo's for over a year it had become our Wednesday, go-to. I have no idea what has happened the past few months, but I believe that we are done here. Food is not fresh. They are not getting the orders right. Today's beef barbacoa bowl is tasteless. How? Rice is clumpy and ice cold. I am so sorry to leave, but until the owner figures it out, we are done.

Staff is really friendly and the place looked nice. We weren’t a fan of the crispy chicken, I wish they did shredded chicken instead, but it’s just the way they do it, so I get it. Only thing we didn’t like was that there was way too much sauce and shredded cheese on our bowls & one of the items we ordered was a little wrong. We ordered our food on the app and they were quick to make it; was easy/fast to take home.

Got take out and we didn’t get all of our food… had to go back for tacos and chips n queso. The food was horrible and my nachos were like a soggy soup. Not one chip was crispy… they only had diet soda, or sugar free… our whole experience was bad. Their queso is not good it tasted horrible!! Not to mention they are very expensive. Save your time and money!!!

It's on par with the Moe's of old. A typical quick burrito with a decent number of sauce and protein options to mix it up. The skater/surfer vibe they all go for is certainly a choice, but it doesn't affect the food quality.
