My husband ordered a double burger no onions ( it wasn’t marked) it had onions .Ordered a large fry, got a small.Went back up to order custard .“Allison” was behind counter picking her nails , no eye contact . I had to ask her if she could take our order ? She nodded.Not what we expect from a Culver’s employee. Don’t think she is good for your reputation. The last two times we have ordered through drive through and the mobile app and both times they have forgotten parts of our order, so it is important to check your bag before leaving. Other than that we have always gotten hot and fresh food and have been happy with the service.

Wife and I got the fish basket. Her dinner roll was ice cold and she received what looked to be about a 1/3 normal serving of coleslaw. Don't know what happened but they were busy and we just let it go.
