The store manager was very rude. When we were misinformed about a deal and went to return the food the store manager got upset and became very disrespectful. She came with a khaki attitude.

We have be patronizing this Dairy Queen for many years and always had a positive experience until now. On this occasion we decided to order from home through door Dash. We ordered two combos with onion rings & shakes which totalled $45.00 including tax and tip. The Double, Two Cheese Deluxe Signature Stack Burger was ordered with "No" Ketchup & Mayonnaise. It arrived covered in Ketchup & Mayonnaise. When a customer pays this kind of money for a burger at the very least it should be made correctly. This shows a complete disregard and appreciation for your customers. They need to do better.

This DQ is terrible. They get your order wrong all the time. Food never tastes that great and it's very expensive. We go to Culver's now. You get your money's worth at Culver's, they always get my order right, and the employess are actually nice. I'm done with DQ.

I got a small Red Velvet Cake Blizzard. It was pretty good, but my preference is a strawberry banana blizzard that was not available.
Why no chocolate soft serve anymore? AGAIN!This is my third trip in about 6 weeks that the machine isn’t working. I’m thinking that they just don’t want to repair or replace equipment. Which may be a bad sign that the location is struggling. It’s been here forever, I hope that’s not the case. We love our DQ.We just left without ordering. We aren’t vanilla people.
