If I could leave zero stars I would!Here’s what I wrote to the store in their survey:WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!! First, it took about 5 minutes before anybody noticed I came in, meanwhile the one employee I saw and heard was behind the holding case texting on his phone. I was finally able to put in my order of the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and one order of the pepperoni crazy puffs (TERRIBLE!!!). After I ordered, I waited 40 minutes to get my order. Up until a few minutes prior to getting my order, I did not see or hear another employee there.When I arrived home and grabbed a plate to get my husband’s pizza for him (I live only about 5 minutes away), the pizza looked as if it was over cooked and old instead of fresh. Tasted like it too. Pizza was not hot, which I suspected because he kept leaving pizzas sitting on the counter versus the holding box to keep food hot.The puffs were nice and hot, however they were extremely disappointing and very small. They look NOTHING like advertised and barely had any cheese whatsoever. I feel like there was more sauce than cheese.Tonight’s order was an extreme disappointment and waste of money. I’ve been eating Little Caesar’s for years without ever having an issue. This place has really dropped the ball, and we probably won’t go back! Again, WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I can’t call the store because nobody answers the phone. I would like to hear back from someone about this issue!

Delicious crazy puff pizza bites ??❤️. Must order 2 boxes per person because they're small and you're left still hungry. Need more crazy puff pizza bites in the box or just order a large pizza and be done with it sense it's the same pizza.

Worst pizza I ever had! So dry, hard and the crust was full of holes. The young man told my husband he had just taken it out of the oven. Do we have to check every pizza before we leave the store? Lazy employees and very dishonest. Won't go there again. These employees need to be monitored. Scary to think what else might be happening there or with the pizza. You would think the owner would read these reviews and make changes.Update: manager called and asked what happened. (Read my review?). After speaking with her, I feel nothing will be done.

I've worked in fast food when I was a teenager, so I know how hard it is to balance the "fast" vs. food costs. Part of this visits low quality food was my fault, I didn't check the pizza when I got it to go. But part of it has to go to the store too. So I basically ended up with a stale hard crust that reminded me of the crackers I had in MRE's and a dry chewy topping of cheese and pepperoni. So check it out when they put it on the counter. Hot & Ready could mean Hard & Crunchy after an hour in the oven.

The most disrespectful, unprofessional, group of employees I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant establishment I’ve ever been to. They don’t answer their phones no matter how many times you call, or how long you allow it to ring. They don’t accommodate their customers. They will tell you they aren’t making you a pizza with the toppings you ask for. Rather that you have to basically buy the hot and ready pizza and cheese breads.the manager is very rude and unprofessional and should not be in a management position. By far the worse experience I’ve had in Zephyrhills to date. I will not be returning again. It’s sad that the owner probably couldn’t possibly care less how much revenue he looses due to the staff they choose to employ. 2 thumbs down!!

Went to pick my online order and my crazy bread was cold I told one of the girls and she called the other girl name Christa she snatch my crazy bread out of my hands and trew it in the garbage and said I would have to wait ok no problem they both started talking about me behind the oven like if I couldn’t hear them, then after my crazy bread was ready she then trows it right on the counter and say here you go and rolled her eyes and walks away unbelievable Customer service is horrible both girls that’s working one of their names is Christa nasty attitude and no customer service at all the other girl that working with her that has dark long hair in a braid is rude as well never going there again restaurant looks disgusting garbage can on the ground with garbage all over the floor very disappointing. This place needs to do way better
