This place is too expensive.. $13 for 3 pieces of chicken with rice and beans.. I can buy 2 cooked chickens for less than that...

Awful, order in drive-thru not complete i had to go.inside after and get the rest of my meal and sauces. Surf and turf is awful. 2 tiny pieced of chicken and 4 pieces of shrimpI had diarrhea all night, oil in fryer is not changed daily. I can tell I worked at restaurants for years

Worst experience ever I don't even know where to start I went there mar,24,24. First of all we waited close to an hour for are food the girl made are food infront of us then put it to where we couldn't grab behind the counter so we had to wait in a long line in we when got up there we asked for are food because we had been there for so long the one girl that was doing her job she help us in found at the bag that the girl made up was are order so she handed to us, I asked her why did the other girl could not hand it to us as we where there waiting for are food right in front of her but she didn't in just let it get cold. Then we seen people eating behind the counter which was disgusting one employee smelled like straight pot he drove a beat up altima are versa he kept going out to his car leaving everybody else having his little smoke breaks. In I seen the manager there she just watched everything happen in didn't say a word in ended up leaving everybody to I guess to go home because I never seen her again, she was just behind us staring watching everthing happen. Very poor management and terrible service I seen one person order there food in got tired of waiting in just left. I think I will contacting corporate are who ever I need too.

unfortunately, l can't say how was the meal, after patiently waiting for around 25 minutes, with nobody else in front in the line..when finally the cashier was ready to take my order, she said we had to wait 12 more minutes, becuz they were frying, we had no choice but to declined waiting any longer.. They do need to hire more people for the register..The girl was overwhelmed, overloaded with orders, she obviously need more help..she did the best she could, but she's only human..not returning..

We went in to eat at Popeyes my brother-in-law ordered a blackened chicken and a friend ordered something else and three drinks and some french fries well that was 27 dollars for those little bitty hamburger buns and the black and chicken was black and hard as a rock and they were back there talking and I told her if she didn't hurry up that he was going to throw up on the floor cuz he was sick of his stomach so when they did bring it out it was really bad I could see if the place was full but they were back there talking and laughing and giggling instead of paying attention to us so the manager was nice enough to give us all of our money back even the money for the drinks that we had already drank we offered to pay for them but he said no but y'all need to amp that place up some they are there to wait on us not to sit in the back and laugh and giggle respectfully goodbye

This place is going downhill fast! They ran out of fries and also regular chicken we had to get spicy. Well, the spicy wasn't really spicy. It's kind of weird. I always thought they were better than KFC, but now I am not sure. Hopefully, they will improve soon.
As a fellow restaurant person I gotta give these guys a shout out. They’re always nice and the food is always really fresh. Better than most other Popeyes locations and pretty consistent with doing a good job. Definitely nice to have a solid Popeyes right by the house for when you want something spicy and unhealthy to hit the spot. Thanks guys

We received the best customer service we've ever received at a Popeyes. I made a mistake when ordering thru the app. I even told the employee that it was my mistake and that I would just pay for another order to get the right thing. However the employee was understanding and even brought the remade order to the table. This definitely makes me want to return soon to this Popeyes.

It was my first time there in a long time because I had problems the last few times but the young women on the register had a nice big smile and the young man who I’m assuming was the manager in the black shirt came out when we were close to finish. Eating asked how everything was grabbed our Trays and even offered us refills for our drinks it was a wonderful experience
