Wanted to rate this higher, but my online order was not completed correctly. The food I got was good, but not correct and I was not at a place where I could return it to get the order straightened out. I will leave another review after my next visit.

They mess my basic turkey sandwich up 75% of the time and never have your sandwich at the pick up rack. Always next to the sink.

Made the mistake of ordering Through Door dash how do you make a mess of a veggie sandwich! Basically had a cucumber and pickle sandwich almost no lettuce and spinach and peppers I didn't ask for, straight garbage!

Bread tasted old fell apart and the meatballs were cold there was supposed to be provolone cheese and there wasn't any cheese on it.

Nothing. I was hoping to order by phone. Unlike the message you get this Subway refuses to take a phone order. The child who answered the phone was anything but friendly. So if you are disabled and not good with a computer like myself, pick some place different.

The sub buns were very hard (stale) and the turkey smelled old. Very disappointing to me to put a sandwich out like that. Cookies were not good either they were hard. It’s no wonder we quit going to this restaurant. Will not go there again we learned our lesson.

I just don’t get it - I frequent this location and every single time (literally) the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. Do they make the sandwich was requested? Sure. Do they do the task with a smile?Absolutely not.

It’s ok , idk what ingredients were used but it didn’t taste fresh , wouldn’t come back just go to Wesley chapel if your having the same issue

My manager went in with a sticky note of what all of our employees had ordered: mine was a BLT with American cheese, and a few things like mayo, garlic aioli, salt and pepper, and a SIDE of chipotle sauce. This is what they gave my manager. Completely unacceptable.

yes I ordered 4 sand and one of my sandwiches had two pieces of hair in it. wasn't mine. I tried to call and tell the store and was put on hold for 45 mins no one ever got back on the phone, I had told the girl when she first answered that I found two hairs in my sandwich. she put the phone down and told the manager who left the phone down then picked up and put it on hold. I called back and got the manager who said he was busy Then placed me on hold and never picked back up. when I tried to call back I was sent to voicemail. I would not go back to this Subway since they couldn't even face the problem!!!!!!

I made an online order by the app on this restaurant by mistake (I live in Tampa), tried to call to cancel the order right away, the manager told the associate that he could not cancel my order and that my only option is to pick up the order, I live 40 minutes from this Subway and it’s outrageous. I lost $17 bucks and I’m pissed!

Very clean! Very very clean! Only issue is when walking in the lights was off and employee was in the back. So someone from outside might’ve thought they wasn’t open just walking by. But again very clean and my sandwich was great! And open until 10pm which makes me a happy customer for a late night sandwich lol
