We have been going to eat here for a long time. Usually the service is great. But today it was awful. We went in and were seated. 10 minutes went by and we were ignored. No one even acknowledged that we were there . We were never waited on at all. 15 minutes later still no service, so we left. This will be the last time we eat here as the service today was the worse we’ve ever had here. I don’t know why, but there are lots of other places to eat here in town. There is no excuse for bad service. We went to Sunrise where we always get great service and hot good food.

Oh god, I feel terrible saying this. Couldn’t stand the coffee, was like poison. Had to wait for water to swallow that slop. Egg Benedict big mistake. A huge plate of cold slop. Is there anywhere in Zephyrhills that serves a decent breakfast. Don’t care about the cost. Just good coffee and not slop like I am accustomed to in boot camp! Again, sorry.

Updating my old review, we've been going there for the Friday " lunch box" ( chowder ,which is the best I've had, fish, shrimp, tato, and slaw). Just a heads up, they stop serving it at 4 pm, but it's awesome. We've also been going for breakfast, ya can't beat the price for a standard breakfast. We've had excellent service and we highly recommend everyone try this place ?

Found a black cat hair on the side of the plate and asked the worker if someone cooking had a black cat and showed her. But she just took the plate and was gone.

By far our favorite breakfast spot. The absolute best Biscuits & Gravy! The Biscuits are so fluffy and soft. Delicious ? Just the right amount of creamy gravy poured over the top. From FOH to BOH customers are treated right. 5 ?!

I was going to Sugar Shack to enjoy a brunch. I had my service dog with me. I did not have her vest on. Legally, I am not required to have any item on her for her to access any building. They were very disrespectful to me, told me I was not allowed access into their restaurant after offering to show my dogs ID. I have never had an experience of any kind like this. If you have any medical issues and use a service dog I do not recommend going to Sugar Shack. They obviously don’t accept people with disabilities who need assistance.

Visiting family in Zephyrhills and they took me to Sugar Shack for breakfast. All the food was excellent!! Our waitress Kim provided exceptional service. Will definitely make it a point to stop in when I’m in town again.
Sugar Shack is a wonderful restaurant for breakfast or lunch. They have a lot of specials. Prices are reasonable, and portion sizes are a good value for the money. Our service was super-friendly. This restaurant was crowded for breakfast, yet we were greeted and seated promptly. It's cozy, and the ambiance is decorative. There are a lot of funny signs covering the walls. This restaurant is located off of the main road in Zephyrhills. It's worth checking out. We will definitely dine here again!Parking: Plaza parking.

An amazing place to eat . Awesome fast friendly service. They treat my kids so so good. They even get to pick a toy out of a treasure for eating their food good. They have the best biscuits and gravy.
