Some lady named Chrissa was terribly rude to me. I can't believe they keep people like her around. I've been in several times when she was being rude to other employees and customers too. Wawa can do better.

Store is filthy. Been going to wawa since state ave in havertown,Pa Unbelievable your serving food there. Floors full of trash, coffee counter groce. Does anyone sweep and mop. Bummer no more Italian hoagies.

I still like Wawa but it used to be my favorite. My husband and I started perching here every once in a while because Healing Hearts Cafe is very close by. We SPENT A LOT of money while we were parked there (some overnight as we are a traveling ministry). We would patronize multiple times a day purchasing smoothies between 6-$10 each a few times a day and constantly bought xl fountain drinks and candy and Brisket bowls at about $12 with the add ons.Today we were asked to leave and not come back except long enough to purchase and leave. So, sadly when we move we will likely not be coming back to this Wawa. Apparently we are looked at as unwelcome though our money certainly is. But our money goes where we go.So you definitely won't be bothered by us anymore. But sadly we probably won't be utilizing this location any longer to meet our needs and Wawa wants.Maybe the manager should look at loitering on a case by case basis. We didn't trash any place nor did we mess up the restroom and we left the place cleaner than we found it.Sad. I have so long sung the praises of Wawa. But apparently I was a problem when I needed them.

Worst wawa ever! Been enjoying wawa since the 80s but this one has consistently rude workers. They snarl at you when u order a sandwich. Today they had all the shopping bags at self check out ziptied to the holder I asked cashier for a bag she told me to wait then threw it at me.

I ordered off of DoorDash and they handed the order to the wrong person then when I called this girl named Krista refused to have them remake my order then when I went to reorder somehow the stuff I wanted was not available so anyway they are pos and need to be reinforced and learn how to make there customers

Yesterday I went to this Wawa, the cashier's attitudes were horrible, she charged me twice for her mistake, she didn't want to give me my money back, she got into a confrontation to not give me the money. Now I supposedly have to wait 3 days. They are thieves, be very careful.

The sandwich station needs better customer service skills no one acknowledges as customers approaches they walk right by and runs to the back if can't deal with people that shouldn't be the job for who does it, it's just rude no better do better!!
I love Wawa! But the lady who has a hard time hiding her racism should not be the cashier.. I watched her appear so chipper with every customer before me.. and as soon as I walked up her demeanor changed and I am writing this review because this is the third time she has done this.. TO ME! she is Caucasian about 6 feet tall and calls everyone except people of color "honey" remove her she is bad for business... signed."will drive to Wesley chapel from now on because of her poor customer service.."

I love me some wawa but after Saturday I'm gonna stop going 2 girls making drinks were rude handed me a drink that was not thick like a frappe like it should have been it was like iced coffee with a little whip cream on top and when I said something they both said that it was supposed to be like that and I told them no I get them almost everyday and they are not like that so then they said they could remake it and made another one exactly like the first one I just left I was so upset picture attached

Consistently getting orders wrong, I will pay extra for something to be put in a chicken bowl and not only will I not get the extras I paid for, I don’t even get the chicken that comes with the bowl.

Gotta do something about homeless and druggies hanging out. I frequent this Wawa and it used to be nice to eat there under awning now it's a smoke fest with no smoking signs posted.
