I ordered shrimp fried rice and chicken wings and the rice was hard as hell like it wasn’t cooked all the way thru. The shrimp had not been devained. Food was terrible I would suggest going somewhere else to eat. 2/27/24

Never had fried rice without the egg and veggies... This was my first time there and I wish I would've read the reviews first. The man at the register was very impatient with us I guess we were taking too long to order. The orange chicken taste and look like the sesame chicken just without the sesame ?... yeah I won't be back!!!!

I'd 1000% pick a different place. Their quality is horrible. I used to come here all the time. Got worse and worse over the years. Used to be good. They should be ashamed of the quality they're putting out consistently. I've given em chance after chance. It's really bad now. The meat could be anything.

My family and I ordered sesame chicken, shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg rolls for dinner. WE HAD HAIR MIXED IN WITH OUR FOOD!! MAD DISGUSTED. MAD NASTY YO! We brought the food back as it was on our plates and all to get a refund. Dude that cashed us out acted as though he ain't remember us as if we ain't buy the food 10 mins ago! Dude that was in there with saw how we reacted and also got a refund. My mother feels sick and threw up from it. DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! CHINESE PPL LIKE DIS MAD DIRTY FR! ??♀️

Bought some hot and sour soup for my sick husband. It was tasteless except for a little spice. Very disappointed!! I should have known something was not right just from the looks of the soup - very light in color.

I really wanted to have this be a hole in the wall restaurant, but it was a hard miss for me. I had to repeat myself that we both wanted it, the guy even asked what I wanted and I said mongolian beef, but I think was confused when I asked if it came with rice. Unsure where the miscommunication came, but we definitely both wanted an order each. We ordered the crab rangoon, mongolian beef, and fried rice. It started bad when we both ordered the mongolian beef and the guy only rung us up for one order.The crab rangoon had a great amount of crab in it, but it was nothing like your normal crab rangoons. The inside had a bunch of green...something...in it. There was hardly any cream cheese, if any at all. I'm honestly unsure what the stuffing was made of.The mongolian beef looked nothing and tasted nothing like the mongolian beef I have ever ordered at the hundreds of other Chinese restaurants. I should have stopped my order when he asked if I wanted spicy or sweet. I should have gone the sweet route. It had a majority of vegetables to beef, in fact when I took out all of the beef it was probably a cup of beef at max, the majority of the dish vegetables (water chestnuts, bamboo, carrots, onions, sugar snap peas). I will say with this not being what I wanted for mongolian beef, it did taste pretty good. But it was not mongolian beef.The rice was decent. Very interesting, dark color to it. No egg, no veggies, just rice. So basically bland rice with a decent flavor.I'm sorry Bamboo Garden, but you won't be getting my service anymore. :( Please do better.

Complete waste of money! So bad I had to throw most of it out. The fried rice tasted like burnt oil and was 'sweet' with nothing to balance the sweetness. If there was any egg in it, it was completely unnoticeable. The won-ton soup noodles were thick and gummy, with hardly any filling, while the broth was flavorless. No amount of doctoring was able to improve the meal. The chow mei fun was the only thing worth eating, it was lacking in flavor, but was 'acceptable'.This doesn't rate anywhere close to North American authentic let alone real authentic.
