Another wonderful visit in the books! As usual the food, service and ambience were fantastic. Even had the pleasure of a table side visit from The Man himself. Save a teip to New Orleans and get the best right in Acworth, GA. Always a pleasure visiting Henry's!

Never a bad experience with terrific food.Excellent service and reasonably priced somewhat.Very old and antiquated atmosphere but some people may like that. Authenticity I guess... Lively crowd and we all had fun.

Malcolm was the best server we've had at any restaurant in a long time. Refreshing to have someone proactively wait on you instead of reacting to requests!

I have some bad news to share...Henry's isn't Henry's any more.An old fan and totally blindsided by dinner with friends last weekend (March 23rd). While the place was packed as it always is on weekends, it quickly became obvious it wasn't the same restaurant. The waitress felt familiar, but the starter bread plate was just 'different' enough to wonder what was up. Then the entrées came and one plate was actually cold. Once that was fixed by microwave, it was apparent that the Penne was overcooked, as was the rice in another Cajun dish. The 'to die for', Ooh la la with shrimp, was OK, if you ignored the pasta or lack of spinach, but that wasn't so easily dismissed. You can only cheapen a sauce so much and it has to show.A quick poll at our table got a unanimous thumbs down. And a check online revealed that Henry's isn't Henry's anymore, it recently sold. Which explains why his familiar friendly face never showed up to greet the patrons, the absence of Mardi Gras beads, and the incredible lapse in cuisine.Friends have commented on similar experiences in 'chain' restaurants of late, as cost cutting supersedes the out-of-home dining experience.I did receive an apology from a management representative - Chef Henry, who has agreed to stay on for a while to ease the transition, was out-of-town on personal business. But if his staff can't be relied on to use the signature recipes that people have come to expect from 'Henry's', cook pasta properly or just serve warm food, what good are they?

My husband and I have been here twice now, and we will keep coming back. We absolutely LOVE the Seafood Fondeux appetizer. The food has been amazing both times, and I expect it will keep being incredible! The servers are prompt when you are first seated and they are very attentive. The atmosphere is fun and lively. I suggest sitting upstairs, it gives you a great view of the railroad.

I just ate an appetizer here, don't even remember what it's called and I don't care it was probably one of the tastiest things I've ever ate in my life. So good I came here to leave a review before I even finished paid eating.

If you are a cajun/spicy food eater, then Henry's is the place for you. I like spice for flavor, but not for heat. And I love red beans and rice, but it was hot, hot, HOT - way too hot for my liking. So if you like Cajun heat, give it a shot.

Henry’s is always great but tonight our server has made our experience even better! Thank you chef for a wonderful dinner and thank you to all the staff who helped make it possible! Our appetizer was the special of the day and as always our entrees were chicken Ooh La La and the seafood Ooh La La.Kid-friendliness: Kids are treated like royalty when chef Henry walks around!
