The place was quite crowded and mostly understaffed but i was still handles with great customer service by a server named Karen. She definitely made my experience there really good by being nice, helpful, and welcoming.

Took us an hour to get a salad, a wafer thin steak and eggs, it was all cold when it finally came.Something smelled like sewege and we had to move half way through the visit.Employees were taking up the whole counter in the bathroom with their makeup.The silverware and table was dirty, and they were all wrapping it in a huge group in the middle of the restaurant talking loudly and not helping people.We had to ask for someone to give us a refill and the check, and even then we never got the check and never saw a waitress at our table again.Got our order wrong and tried to overcharge us multiple times on the way out.That whole display was honestly pathetic, you people are right next to Waffle House and you think you can afford to present yourself this way?Save your money and just go next door, or anywhere else. I regret my visit, but luckily, at 20 dollars it's not the most expensive lesson to learn.

This IHOP was not ready to be opened. It is hard to get a server to even acknowledge you. Understaffed and horrible customer service. This was my 2nd time trying to eat here after I had to leave the first time because after I asked for a server 3 different times no one helped me. When I spoke to the manager she was so unbothered and told me to have a good day. This time same thing but I decided to wait. Cold food, had to ask for server. No sense of urgency from anyone.

Came in for the grand opening on Tuesday 3/5! They are officially open for regular business hours. The restaurant was incredibly lively lots of families and parties dining. Our server, Leigh, was very attentive and friendly! She told us at the beginning that their internet was out, something completely out of their control, but nonetheless we still had a great experience! Our food came out hot and everything was made correctly. We paid through the app due to the internet being out (couldn’t accept credit card) and it actually worked out great because we live close and will definitely be coming back so being apart of the rewards program is a must for free pancakes! Really excited about this new ihop!

Despite the restaurant being crowded and understaffed, the customer service was top-notch. The hostess was absolutely lovely and patient and had the most welcoming demeanor, I wish there were more people like her in the food service industry. Also, the chicken pesto crépes I ordered were fantastic and so delicious! My absolute highest compliments to the chef!
