Stopped by Jimmy John's for some to go subs. The quality is what you would expect from Jimmy John's. Which is excellent. The reason I'm writing the review was for the service. Well I was in there I watched the guys making the subs cleaning up as they went. They were working very efficiently and having fun doing it. It's nice to see a place where people actually still take pride in what they do and care about their customers. Great job all around guys.

No greeting, just a blank stare. The guy didn't even respond to my question regarding the menu items. The food was good, but it was an eerie experience to have someone look at you slackjaw and not respond with even "hello im Timmy, im special needs and can not respond with basic human courtesy." but the food was good.

Food poisoning. We have enjoyed this Jimmy Johns many times but have not been there for a while and this time I was sick all day the morning after stopping and buying a tuna with lettuce only sub. They must of let the tuna go bad because that is all I ate and my husband and daughter had meat subs and they are fine. I had horrible pains and too many bathroom trips all day from 7 in the morning until 6 at night. Ate the sub on 8/6/23 at 7:30pm

Been coming here for a few weeks consistently now. Staff is friendly ans quick but my gosh, I guess condiments are just too high in cost now? Any kind of mayo, mustard, spread, etc on the sandwich is just not worth having as they put tiniest, and thinnest layer of it on the sandwich. If I ask for a condiment on my sandwich, it's because I want to taste it as part of the balance of flavors. I got a beach club and couldnt even tell it had avavodo on it. Couldn't taste it... If cutting costs on condiments is braking the bank in your operation costs, just close it down... I've been to other locations and never had this problem.

First time at this location. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door by everyone working the line. Was a little ahead of the lunch crowd, so no waiting. Ordered and sandwich made fresh in front of me. Ordered a few extra toppings on the side and easily accommodated. As I sat and ate, the lunch rush started, and it got busy. Lots of folks picking up from the order ahead area. Customers who ordered on arrival were in and out within a few minutes. Friendly staff. Clean store. Definitely will stop again.Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh options for vegetable sandwiches and wraps.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly though I didn't see any high chairs.Parking: Located in a busy, medium sized strip mall, so lots of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: 1 step up onto curb and then flat onto the sidewalk and into the store. Restrooms accessible.
