Not many choices late on a Sunday.

Was watched like a hawk in self check out which didn't bother me but when i noticed it was only me it made me feel uncomfortable . Especially since i was the only person of color in self check out . I just had my baby a week ago and wanted to do something with just myself. i just wanted to grocery shop in peace and was treated this way . SAD

We honestly only stopped by this location to run in a use the restroom for my small children. The restrooms were very easy to locate as they had clear signage at the very entrance of the store. They had individual restrooms but no signage as to if one was for women or men so we assumed it was for anyone to use. The restroom also had a "safe-sitter" which was very helpful! I was able to seat my toddler and assist my other child. They also had a changing table available. The restroom was fairly clean and the remaining area of the store we saw was clean and well lit. I did not grocery shop here but it was pretty busy during the evening.

We had a 6pm reservation for my granddaughters birthday dinner at hibachi grill. One of my adult children was running late s they wouldn’t seat us. We informed them we wanted to order sushi appetizers so we could go ahead and be seated and place a beginning order. Not allowed. The young female hostess was very rude and had zero personality. Not the person you want managing your guest and the first person you encounter upon entering the establishment. So we waited outside. We walked back in at 6:17 pm and told the hostess we were all there and ready to be seated. She then informed us that we had missed the 15 minute grace period and would go on a wait list that would probably be 30 more minutes, what???? I asked to see a manager and after another 10 minutes the manager who I believe may be part owner walks up and confirms that we can not be sat and will indeed go to the end of the wait line. I informed her that the birthday girl was 5 and waiting another 30 or more minutes wouldn’t work. Also told her that we missed our alleged 15 minute window by two minutes and that there were apparent seats available that were being given to walk-in parties with no reservation. Didn’t matter. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. The point here is the staff could care less about anything and they practice horrible customer service. The food is absolutely average based on prior visits, they run 1/2 price sushi on Mondays to dump their seafood product that was delivered on the previous Thursday. And, they could care less about the customer. Very disappointed in managers approach. We will never step foot in this establishment again. The only reason we attempted this visit was our 5 year old birthday girl wanted to go there and get rice tossed at her.

This Kroger has gone from okay to bad to worse in the past 5 years. I'm done with it. The upper management needs to seriously re-examine themselves and how to run a grocery store. The store just has a vibe that is off. The floor employees walk around like zombies and may look at you but sure as heck don't smile. If you're a Kroger manager and reading this...they don't like their jobs. something needs to change. There's very little customer service or friendliness. The produce is slim pickings and has fruit flies swarms. The salad mixes have pink lettuce. The meat section is so gross and smells in areas. As I was checking out I had to bag my own groceries. I mean, no big deal, but I looked around and there were 3 employees doing literally nothing, just in zombieland. This does not have to do with staffing shortages, there were more employees than customers while I was there. Go across the street to Publix where the grass is greener and people seem to enjoy their jobs...and the food is more respected and higher quality.

Went for half priced sushi and ordered a combination steak and shrimp with fried rice Togo. Asked for soup but was told no. Paid the bill and when I got home my fried rice was not in the bag. Called the restaurant and no one answered. Called the next day and left a message asking if I could get my fried rice. No call back. And then called again the next fl day asking if I could pick up rice and if they would replace the 30$ meal that I only received half of. And still never got a call back. Horrible customer service.

2 adults and 3 children with an adult meal to go We enjoyed our dinner and our chef Very entertaining as well as nice service Tried to pay with a gift card, which was unacceptable because new management would not honor a gift card bought before COVID closed the indoor dining Who is at fault? Not the staff Not the guest The old manager? The new manager? Had to scramble for another credit card Felt very embarrassed Won’t go there again

I come to this store a lot due to the proximity to my home. I really wish they will do something to upgrade the store and train their employees. I have been to plenty Kroger stores and this location is by far the worst. There is another Kroger store on Dallas Highway - rather go there. Sooooo much better and staff very friendly.

We called in a togo order and were not informed the bento box dosent come with soup, and we had asked for the soup. When we called the manager made it our fault. this is the second time she has been rude and unapologetic. DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THERE LOCATIONS!

Very friendly store, staff very helpful. COVID 19 has impacted many food stores, but communication is the key . Ask questions if you don't see something , the answer may surprise you. They assist however possible. This staff has been in our neighborhood for years and have that personal attachment. The prices are competitive , but I mainly shop there because of the friendly service.

Some of the best hibachi I’ve had. Their ginger steak sauce is amazing. We got it to go and had a large portion. The rice was excellent and everything cooked perfectly. Sushi is good. A big small for the price.

No issue had to wait 5 minutes to be sat. When sat waitress never greeted us, just ask what done want to drink, dropped drinks, as what we'll have for dinner. We were just looking at the menu and asked if we could have minute, we got a rolling of the eyes. Asked for a knife and some pepper, again a huff. Wife's and daughters food came out, mine a simple order of chicken Fried rice, didn't. The server actually came over with a refill, which wasn't the correct drink, but never said a word about my food. Finally, my wife asked about it a remarkably the food came out. After delivery of plate, never saw her again, until I asked for the bill. The food, was just ok ,and definitely not good enough to revisit. If you ever get a waitress with a streak of pink or orange in her hair, RUN!!!

Our Nephew recommended eating at the Volcano Steak & Sushi in Acworth. It was a outstanding choice! You order your meal as you sit around a grill. We happened to be seated with two other groups at the grill. Then the chief comes out and prepares your meal to order. The chief we had was very entertaining and the interaction with the other groups was fun. The food was well prepared and delicious, and the portions were large. The atmosphere was great!
