When they have people in there over 30 years old the pizza and the service is FANTASTIC!! When it's the younger crowd, it's awful. The younger group tends to give away your portal order, forgets half your order, slow to help the counter and most of the time tell you "the portal is broken". They seem to have figured that out and the more mature new faces I see get it right everytime and the pizza on point. Oddly enough when the older employees work, the portal always works. Pick up door dashes there almost everyday and there is always a wait. After about a ten minute wait one night and after waiting for several different orders throughout the night, the cashier asked 2 other customers if they would like an order of free bread sticks for their wait . With no provocation, she then looked at us and said we don't get compensation for our wait.
