I was immediately drawn to their Build Your Own - 2 Meals option, and I have to say, the customization truly blew me away. As someone who is always on the lookout for low/no carb meals, I appreciated the variety and flexibility.But it wasn't just the options that won me over; it was the way the food made me feel. After indulging in Milo's Bowls, I felt energized and ready to tackle the day. The Teriyaki Bowl with chicken breast, broccoli, rice, green onion, and teriyaki sauce was an absolute delight, and the BBQ Bowl with either chicken breast or meatballs, roasted potatoes or sweet potato, green beans, and BBQ sauce was equally satisfying.What I appreciate about Milo's Meal Prep is their commitment to helping busy people eat healthy, even when they're short on time. Their founder's own journey into meal prep is a testament to their vision and dedication to the cause. Milo’s meal prep is amazing. The food that is prepared is phenomenal and tasty. Not to mention the owners are great people. I am a single mom so budgets are always a thing for me. Milo’s meal prep is still affordable to order and also give me the ability grocery shop for the day to day items. You should definitely order!!!!!

This price point is not only cheaper than most other meal services, but it comes with the added benefit of not having to prepare it yourself! Just pop the meal into the microwave and continue with your newly found free time! What I love most is that I do not feel like I am not getting enough food. There is always enough and sometimes I feel like it is too much, and I must save it for the next day. According to the website's FAQs, “Each meal contains 4oz of cooked protein, 125g of starch, and 100g of vegetables.” As I have been working out more, this accuracy in the amount I am eating helps in allowing me to count my macros. The website is super simple and easy to use. I feel like I can quickly order my meals and get back to what I was doing. There is a good amount of choice in what you can pick as well! Milo’s offers pre-built options as well as a build-your-own option. I like the pre-built ones, but it is fun creating new combinations and trying new things. Lastly, the food tastes great! I have never had an issue with the food and have always enjoyed the taste. The thing that tops it all off is the sauces that Milo’s creates, my favorite being the Jalapeno & Cilantro Crema of course. This meal service has saved me a ton of time and I order enough to cover lunch and dinner for most days.
