Not my favorite BBQ,, but not bad. It came out pretty fast and the food was good. I had the combo ribs and brisket and my dinner partner had the pulled pork and ribs. The greens were amazing and the brisket was great. The ribs did not pull off the bone easily, but they were still good. Not a whole lot to complain about, but the coleslaw was not my favorite. Overall it was worth the money and the servers were really good.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking with a ramp

Jim Nicks in Acworth, GA, has become my go-to dining destination, and my experience has consistently been nothing short of fantastic. Without fail, I find myself ordering the same delectable dish – the whole chicken cut up bone-in picnic style, accompanied by a mouthwatering half rack of ribs and an indulgent dozen cornbread muffins. The flavors are consistently impeccable, and the portion sizes are generous. What truly sets Jim Nicks apart is the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff, particularly Mattie, who has been consistently accommodating and kind over the four years I've been coming here. The welcoming atmosphere and delicious offerings make Jim Nicks a culinary haven, and I look forward to many more delightful dining experiences at this establishment.

They've had some pretty crappy servers and glad to see it having new and improved staff! Always good food and portions , the ketchup is always nasty tastes like an off brand dollar tree brand . But everything else is good ! Wish the wings didn't cost an arm and leg , I go toJDs in Woodstock for wings ! Only 50 cent on Wednesdays! Everyone has gotten out of hands on wings but I only come here for wings , nicks is too expensive for wings and you only get 8 it's a rip off here for wings but everything else is pretty decent

Me and my boyfriend come here every Friday. I enjoy the smoked turkey southern salad with no bacon. He always gets the half chicken dinner. The food is pretty good. I have introduced a few of my loved ones to this place. A few weeks ago, they put bacon in my salad and I do not eat pork. This was very disappointing. Today i asked for extra pickles on my brisket sandwich and of course they didn't put any. Long story short, go inside. The drive through has been a waste of time. Always check your food if it is to go. They ALWAYS mess up and you will have to go back.

This is the worst Jim N Nicks I have ever been to. I saw all the negative reviews but most of them were about to go orders so I thought we’d be fine. WRONG. This location has an order counter when you walk in (they don’t wait on you) which was totally fine but if you’re anything like me you mostly only go for their delicious Cheese Biscuits. This location’s policy is one biscuit per plate and any request for more will be met with “we don’t do that here you have to pay for additional ones.” Also, they gave my husband his one biscuit (he ordered a burger), but didn’t put a biscuit on my plate (I ordered chicken tenders). I complained to management and they did give me more luckily but it’s ridiculous because the food costs just as much as typical Jim N Nicks but they only give one biscuit so the value is much worse.

Food was good. We had lean brisket. Service was good. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Being older & bigger senior citizens, the dining room chairs were terribly uncomfortable. 4 of us will probably remember the seating discomfort much longer than the taste of the food.

I ordered the brisket and it was tough and had no sauce and just tasted like a piece of dead meat. The French fries were hot and seasoned very well. The baked beans were overwhelming in a green pepper type taste. The employees were prompt and very friendly. The overall price of $27 for just me for lunch when I left 50% of it uneaten, will definitely mean I'll go to other BBQ places before returning here.
