Thanks for the pizza...or is it a calzone ? I think pizza boxes are meant to be held flat. All my pizza was at one end of the box. Tasted great

Well I would have to say I would not give them the stores that I did but on the other hand I had to. I had put a order in and it took quite some time when my food finally arrived at the hotel it was very cold I called beforehand and told him that my food never arrived and they had received a message saying that it was already delivered and I told the man I did not get it so I went downstairs to the lobby and just as I was going through the lobby here comes the guy with my pizza cold very cold so I called the pizza place and told them they said sir we are remaking you one and it will be good and hot well Lord behold they weren't kidding they brought me another pizza and a 2 l and brought it to my room and it was very hot so I was very impressed and that's why I gave them the stars that I gave them they made it right so things do happen in a positive way thank you so much Papa John's and the crew at this location for making things right.

I’ve had pizza from this location 3 or 4 times and it’s been great every time. Orders have been correct, pizzas hot! The place is very busy and I can see why. It’s only a pickup location so the “atmosphere “ is what you would expect. While waiting for my walk-in ordered pizzas…the staff are busting tail…getting it done. I will be using this location for Papa John’s pizza, even though this location doesn’t deliver to my house…it’s worth the drive.

Our order is always made right and nearly always comes earlier than the quoted time. I don't know how their score isn't higher on Google! As Papa John's lovers, my family feels very lucky to have such a great location nearby.
Very busy, but all in all nice and friendly staff and they do the best that they can....Vegetarian options: You can create your own vegetarian option..

I ordered a pizza at 5:09 pm I was told 54 minutes. 1 hr and 20 minutes later I get a cold pizza. The service really sucks at times. While I understand you may be running behind I at least expect a hot edible pizza when delivered

This is absolutely the most unprofessional Papa John’s that I have ever used. After several failed attempts to get it right, tonight was just it. They decided for whatever reason to close the store and cancel all orders without alerting the customers. After waiting in the parking lot for several minutes on our order, someone finally came to the door and said we have cancelled all orders for tonight. When I asked for clarification as to what was going on and when I could expect my money back, they refused to come back to the door and just looked at my husband from the glass door as if he wasn’t standing there.This comes after waiting for 3.5 hours on Halloween on an order placed and paid for days in advance. When I asked multiple times when I could expect the order to be ready the young lady simply looked at me and said, “I don’t know!” Then when I asked her are they going to complimentary deliver to me for the inconvenience, her response, “that will just take longer!” No customer service at all.

Always been good to us, got an older pepper last time but I order extra instead of the 1 that's hit or miss at any papa johns. This place has been great and the deliveries too. Thanks! Pizza on way for a pizza Sunday with treats for kiddo! Honestly was a long time since we'd had pizza so have been enthusiastic the last few times. Competitor that starts with a PH has said and done some bad things so having great service along with better pizza is a win win everytime. Only been in to pick up and seemed chill but we've never ate in to rate that. On it's way!! Sweet, glad I left review. Perfect timing. Half sausage half cheese covers the family on the pizza side. Sausage is the jam!

First time ordering and I should have read the reviews. Disgusting!! Cold, only sauce on pizza. A couple dots of cheese. My kids ate it because they were hungry, but they did not like it all.
Every time I order from here I regret it.Breadsticks were RAW and the pizza was under cooked and cold.It's truly the worst Papa John's I've EVER ate at. Every order has been mess up, cold or incorrect.

Cartersville one!!Went online to order pizza for latertime that day !! Everything was going ok so I hit enter. At that time I had looked it over before I hit the enter button. So I got my email stating the order went thru but it put the WRONG time ! So I called and called but kept saying disconnected! So my husband stopped to pick up and they told him that 2 pm was the time . My husband called and I wanted to talk to the manager. Told them about their phone. The lady said it was made for 2. But I did everything to try and change the time. I got my husband to look and he said it was like it was set for a while . Wendy's was better anyway!!

The service used to be good till the pandemic. Now everyone there is a spoiled teen who gets super emotional and decide to mess your order up intentionally after not getting ripped for prior bad service. Would give a whole months salary to watch this location fail.

I ordered a large supreme and medium one topping pizza on the phone, our order was lost by the time I came to pick up in store. The manager apologized and comped the entire order, I was appreciative so left a $20 tip. We waited 30 additional minutes for them to cook the two pizzas and then they gave us one medium cheese pizza and a side of cheese sticks..........
