I submitted an online order for pickup, payed with my debit and headed over to this sonic location to pick it up. When I arrived I was rudely told that my order was cancelled and that I would receive a refund in 10 days. I NEVER received the refund on a $33 dollar order. So they never cancelled my order!!!! They just decided not to make it or return my money. I was a regular here, but I’m done with this location.

I've tried be patient with this particular location on Baker RD, but today finally motivated me to publicly express my frustration. I solely went to this location for the purpose of slushes for the family, only to be told upon arrival that the slush machine was "down." It would be nice to be compensated for wasted time traveling to this establishment. There have been other times where I've been advised to swipe my card at certain stalls, only to be told by the employees that the card reader is actually down and they need to run inside to run my card after my food has been brought out. It seems you'll often find here at this particular location stalls that are out of order altogether, as I've parked a couple of times only to see an out of order sign. I think it's sad that I'm forced to consider traveling to another Sonic 20 minutes away as opposed to 6 minutes just to receive the normalcy I'm accustomed to from most Sonic restaurants.

It took us 30 mins to get our food and then my burger wasn't even in there and then 20 minutes later we finally got our drinks and they were wrong! Worst sonic I've ever been to!!

Show up at 9:50. Sonic website, google maps, both confirm they close at 11. Staff with an attitude say they close in five minutes. Either it’s a discrepancy or a problem with the staff, in both cases it’s ridiculous.

You know I saw a deal on TV for double cheeseburgers $1.99. so I thought what the heck. I'll give it a try. So I went to the drive-thru turn my order in. Was told I'd have to wait while it was cooked which is great. Always like fresh food. And was happy to spend money at something that's locally home. Not a big chain like the McD or the RB where the money just goes some corporation.So you know it is a drive-thru? What can you say about the atmosphere? It's still nice though if you want to you park and they'll bring it up to you. So the burgers were good, nice and hot. The actual neat is done on a grill. It's got some nice caramelization hey for $1.9 burger. It was very good.. I really thought I should have got some tots to go with it around it out but I wasn't that hungry. So overall good food service is good for a drive-thru. What more could you want something quick? Something easy. Come on by the Sonic

Two qtr pounder burgers to go. Got home and the buns were rock hard. Burgers cold and could not eat. Tried giving to my dogs and they refused to eat it. Do everyone a Favor and quickly go out of business.
Slush machine is always down…..your a literal slush place.
