Had such a great experience with Miss Kat the new general manager. Food was excellent and hot. Service was immaculate. Dined in and the restaurant was extremely clean with music playing. Best Pizza Hut I’ve been to in years!!

This is a great location with very friendly, attentive staff and prompt service. Donna is so nice, and the younger female at the front recently has been nice, too. Following the app and in-store screen countdown to the moment your order is ready is great and this location is one of the best for that. Our favorite Pizza Hut in the area that we keep coming back to.

This Pizza Hut location should have gone out of business years ago. It’s a ghost town, rude employees, lousy service. The manager should definitely be the 1st one to go. How did a restaurant ever end up this bad???

I’m so disappointed about the direction this Pizza Hut location is heading . The pizza was absolutely uncooked & you can see how I received the bread sticks from the picture . Just awful save your money & yourself from a headache . Very disappointed

My breadsticks were dry no butter just cheese. I had to wait for them to remake them and my pizza and wings got cold since I had to wait for them to remake my breadsticks. There was hardly any sauce on my wing. overall not worth my $30 bill

Took almost an hour to get a pizza that I order to be done at 4:45.Ordered pizza at 4pm to be done by 4:45Didn't leave till 5:32 with an order that wasn't even mine. That's right, even after waiting over an hour for a pizza, they end up handing me the wrong order because they were to busy focusing on other employees in conversation instead of just doing their job

I ordered a pizza tonight at 5:40 pm. It’s 7:30 now & I don’t have a pizza! Will never order from Pizza Hut at least this location ever again. Could not talk to anybody to get help.

This is probably hands down the best Pizza Hut in town every time we go here it feels like you actually get enough pizza at a good price to feed the whole family without breaking the wallet Pizza is always hot and exactly how you order it we eat here at least once a week
First let me say that Donna was working entirely by herself and being a magician of getting every job done, she was amazing and was putting up with a busy phone, busy foot traffic for take out and still managed to give us really nice attention and refill our drinks etc.. we were there today to take a little trip down memory lane of the times we would hang out at the local Dine in Pizza Hut and while there was no Salad bar (one of my favorite parts - Obviously not in the Covid world we live in today) BUT the Pizza was still as we remembered, fresh out of those ovens is the only way to eat that pizza. Donna, thank you for your super hard work today! We appreciated you and the delicious food.

I'm giving this 1star due to my visit to get my money refunded from a weekend order that went south. As I was walking in a kid behind the counter said and I quote" I don't get paid enough to care" There was also a woman behind the counter next to the kid .she asked if my order was to go and I said no I need to speak with the manager. The kid was the manager!! he looked like the dishwasher!!!! I explained the situation and asked for my money back while this was going on another customer came to pick up an order which came to a dollar more than expected and rightfully so the customer questioned the price it seems she is a regular customer. She pays and leaves the restaurant . the woman behind the counter calls her a b**** slams through the doors to the back room ,meanwhile the "manager " does nothing but shrugs his shoulders. I got my money back however never again will I have anything to do with this restaurant

My Granddaughter wanted two personnel pan pizzas so we called Pizza Hut and ordered them. We waited an hour and it was their closing time. We called and they said we were next out. About 40minutes later our pizzas were delivered cold and hard as a rock. The delivery person gave us a free pizza coupon. We threw the pizzas away. Two days later my daughter called to get the free pizza and they told us it would costs $9.99 to get the "Free" pizza. After trying to talk to the manager with no success we decided to cross this Pizza Hut off of our list. When trying to speak with the manager we were passed around to several people claiming to be the manager. This place is a Joke.
