I come here often during my lunch breaks, and the line always moves quickly, food comes out fast and fresh, and the employees are nice. Occasionally, tables are a little dirty and floors are sticky, but that’s just typical for a fast food dining room.Parking: A few parking spots get blocked by drive-thru line during busy lunch hours.
Best service ever. The young lady at the window was great. She has been raised right. If she is not a manager, she would be a great choice for your management team.

This Zaxby's is going downhill, they need to pay more attention and have a sense of urgency. The other day they put the wrong sauce on my sandwiches and also forgot to put the extra sauce in my bag that they charged me for. Also, their drive thru times and dine in times are ridiculous nearly a 20 minute wait at a "fast food" place.Update: Above is my review from 4 years ago. I figured I would give them a try because of the peach tea they were advertising sounded good. Long story short the drive thru people still do not listen and orders are still prepared incorrectly. The peach tea I was looking forward had all the flavor at the bottom of the cup. I guess some things never change.Update: 11 months later, they still have terrible customer service but hey at least they are getting the orders right now.

Gone here multiple times because it's the closest to home. Everytime we are either forgot about and it takes 20 minutes for us to get our food or the food is completely wrong. Was in the drive through and told to park in a spot and they would bring the food out. Waited 20 min, walked in and our food was sitting right there. Took it home and the food is wrong. With the time spent waiting, we could have gone to the next closest zaxbys

Employees judged me for my order, and proceeded to give me a tiny portion fries instead of a grilled cheese sandwich. They also handed me a soda with a loose cover so it spilled everywhere.EDIT: Zaxby’s, don’t reply unless you intend to send me a check to refund the order.

Had similar experiences the multiple times I have been here. I ordered 5 meals and waited 20 minutes for said meals. After leaving I discovered not a single meal was correct. I find it impressive that you can go 0/5 on an order. It must be super hard to do your job.
I went through the drive thru last night. Ordered a wings and things and a salad. Paid almost $20. I asked if there was any zaxbys sauce in the bag, and then the window girl gave me stank face and said no. I was confused. I asked because we had not gotten any the last few times we ate there. She said it Didn't come with any. Um, no!!! The wings and things yes come with 1. I only wanted what I paid for. She gave me my food, rolled her eyes, and gave me some sauce. Then I get home...In my bag was my salad and a box with some wings and fries. That's it. My husband only got half the meal he paid for. I usually love zaxbys but this particular one is just horrible!!! They need to hire better people who can make a food order properly, and have better customer service. I can understand if I was being unreasonable about anything but I wasn't!!Worst zaxbys ever!!!I see the owner or someone responds to all if these reviews. So my message to you is, please look at all the recent reviews, this one place is horrible and desperately needs better management!!!

This location was out of the southwest salad. The paper towel dispenser had no paper towels. We ordered two salads and were told they were out of forks when we received our salads. By the time I had walked to Publix to buy some forks, they had found some to-go packs with forks in them. The music was not to my taste and was blasting throughout the restaurant. The point of restaurant music is ambience. To set ambience, the music needs to be barely noticeable. This sounded like I was at a festival of all the music I don’t care for. I left perturbed and nursing a headache. I generally like Zaxby’s, but I wish I had gone to Sonic instead of this location. Do not recommend.
